What can I say... Rita is a guarantee... with her delicious food and her kindness!!!... the bruschetta she brings with the appetizer is always top notch... the pasta with pecorino cheese and mint... go!!! Try it and believe it!!!!

The perfect place if you want to eat out but still feel at home. Rita's hospitality is exceptional, the food authentic, and the prices unbeatable. Simple dishes and excellent ingredients. Rustic yet welcoming atmosphere. Book in advance if you want to try it!

Rita is as she presents herself: simple, authentic. The idea of keeping prices low so everyone can dine out is a great one. Don't expect gourmet cuisine, more flavors than the old days, when we used to go to grandma's for Sunday lunch.

Everything is guaranteed to be delicious: tagliolini with mint and pecorino cheese, delicious pappardelle with sparerib sauce, and equally delicious tripe and giblets. Well done Rita and her staff.

Well, there's not much to say. Roman cuisine, perfectly respected, with the addition of dishes invented by Signora Rita. Exceptional! What can I say? Try it, it's worth it. P.S. Don't be scared of Signora Rita's energy. It's too strong!

A Roman trattoria inside a suburban house. Signora Rita is friendly and attentive. She offers a fixed-price menu (€20) that includes an appetizer, two first courses (the same for everyone at the table) chosen from a variety of options, a second course, a side dish, and a dessert.
The vegetables and spices come from her garden. The flavors are authentic and all respectful of Roman tradition. It's like eating at the home of a Roman lady from the 1960s. A dive into culinary tradition. Luckily, in Rome, among so many fake places, a trattoria like this still exists!!! Wine, typical of the Castelli area, is included in the price.

Excellent value for money, Rita is friendly and welcoming. Great for an evening with friends. If you're looking for high quality, however, I don't think it's the right place.

We ate well, with good and fresh products, I went for the classic, the others for the various proposals offered by a very kind hostess, the speed and no surprises at the end of the bill "as often happens in places with a fixed menu" actually outclass if you want to be picky about the location, which I underline just for the sake of being picky, but if you are looking for an environment that makes you feel good, this is it. Thanks again and good work
