TrattoPizzeria Barbablu In Verona

This place was a real discovery. From the outside, it's a nondescript trattoria-pizzeria in Borgo Roma, but inside, the food was a true delight. I had gnocchi with radicchio and truffle, delicious, and for my second course, an Argentine fillet steak with porcini mushrooms. The meat was tender and succulent, with a delicious porcini cream. The tiramisu was exceptional and plentiful. The service was friendly and attentive. The only flaws about this trattoria are that the space needs some renovation and the walls need repainting. Otherwise, the food was top-notch, and I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

A nice place with homemade pizzas. It was delicious. I ordered a Marinata and added mushrooms and tuna. The price is good.

One of the best takeaway pizza in Italy we have ever had. 5 cheese, oh no not just 4 but cinque fromange was a huge hit.

Food: Cheap, perfect in taste, and served quickly. All the essentials a good restaurant should have. Service: The waiter was polite; with just one glance, he knew what I needed. Almost as if he could see straight into my soul. I’d rate it better than exemplary. Atmosphere: Quiet, peaceful, with the gentle ticking of a ceiling fan. Perfect for me, though that’s a matter of personal preference. Some soft Italian music wouldn’t hurt. Overall rating: It was worth traveling 1600 km to taste this craftsmanship

A very good place to experience non - touristic suburban atmosphere. Very friendly staff and decent pizzas for a decent price.

We had dinner at the restaurant after visiting Verona. We had a great time, the food was good, but the restaurant needs to be renovated.

Excellent pizzas with a wide variety. Very reasonable prices. Top-notch service. We ordered takeaway pizzas late and were very well received. The pizza maker invited my son to show him the wood-fired oven. Welcoming Italians. Grazie mile 🇮🇹🤌🍕

Although the entrance looks like a small bar, there are two restaurant rooms at the back. We ate pizzas and they were very good. Lots of variety to choose from. For those who are not from Italy, be warned that they charge 2.5 euros per plate. But it must also be said that the pizzas cost between 9-10 euros. So the final price is still cheap.

The annex looks like a small bar, but don't be fooled; inside there's a large, bright room. We went in for dinner and everything was excellent. We ordered pizza, pasta with shells, gnocchi, and fried chicken. The food was fresh and very tasty. The portions were large. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place. Additional information: parking should be no problem; a coperto costs 2.50.
