The dishes were elegant, balanced, and never overdone. Each course had a clear identity and a coherence of flavors that I deeply appreciated.
I was able to savor every bite carefully, without feeling overwhelmed or compromised.
The service was attentive, professional, and never intrusive. You could sense a young but highly trained team with a clear vision.
