We wanted an afternoon snack and were thrilled! The trapizzinos are delicious, highly recommended. And the desserts were also fantastic (brownie and tiramisu). The atmosphere is cool – a rustic bar. The staff is very friendly! Highly recommended!

Trapizzino is one of the best street food experiences I've had. The dough is perfect - slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the fillings are on par with real Italian cuisine. We tried practically everything on the menu and honestly - every piece was excellent. The polpetta in tomato sauce and parmigiana stand out in particular, but the rest doesn't disappoint either. The supplì and croquettes are the icing on the cake. If you're in the area, this is a MUST TRY. It's not classic fast food, but something on a higher level.

Well, what can I say? It's the same every time, we go back because it's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. The staff is great, fast, and friendly. The only downside is that there are too many tourists in the summer, and you have to wait a bit. Trieste is a tourist city. In short, 15 stars.

Charlotte - Il Dolce Artigianale

07/03/2026: This Croissanterie is truly exceptional, we had a spectacular breakfast. Everything was fantastic, I'll be back.
04/03/2026: There's no place in Trieste where I don't enjoy a brioche, a cardamom roll, or something else, like Charlotte. They make little pastry masterpieces so delicious you'll want to eat one after the other. You absolutely have to go if you've never been before :D
