We ate here on the last night of our stay in Rome, and we couldn't have chosen a better ending. We ate really, really well!

The best place in this neighborhood. Best aperitivo, meat and tiramisu. Good prices.

Trap is a true gem! The atmosphere is refined, modern, and welcoming, perfect for both dinner and a relaxed aperitivo. The menu is packed with original and tasty dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably served. The cocktails are spectacular—you can tell there's passion and professionalism behind the bar. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, a rare thing these days! The quality-price ratio is truly excellent. A place where you can eat, drink, and just have a great time. Highly recommended in every way.

Sono stato ieri sera a cena con un mio amico in questo locale e devo dire che è stata veramente un'ottima scelta. Il menù è molto ricco e variegato, da antipasti sfiziosi a primi romani, pinse e panini, il tutto con una particolare attenzione per la qualità delle materie prime. Noi abbiamo preso due antipasti da dividere: una Millefoglie con il prosciutto crudo e le zucchine e un Tacos con falafel e guacamole, entrambi ottimi e soprattutto molto particolare l'abbinamento dei sapori che si allontana da quello tradizionale che puoi trovare in qualunque ristorante di quartiere. Io successivamente ho scelto una fantastica Carbonara (il piatto per cui di solito sono più critico, ma questa non aveva nulla da obbiettare) e il mio amico ha preso un filetto ai 3 pepi, che chiaramente ho chiesto subito di assaggiare e anche lì veramente un ottimo lavoro!! Per il vino invece abbiamo chiesto consiglio alla ragazza che stava in sala (che ci ha detto poi di essere la proprietaria) che è stata veramente gentile ed era molto preparata soprattutto in tema vinicolo, infatti ci ha consigliato un Bolgheri della Toscana che si abbinava perfettamente con quello che stavamo mangiando. Consiglio di prendere come chiusura la sbriciolata alla nutella, non è proprio un dolce per chi ha lo stomaco leggero ma è buonissima!!! Super esperienza da Trap, a partire dalla scelta del prodotto alla gestione del rapporto con cliente in sala e quindi 5 stelle meritate!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per una cena in famiglia e non potevamo fare scelta migliore, ottimo menù tutti i ragazzi del personale gentili e preparati, consigliatissimo!
