Trap Food In Roma

The experience at Osteria dei Sapori confirmed the expectations created by the many more than positive reviews we had read. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by young, courteous and attentive staff. They seated us outside, a gesture that we particularly appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy two Campari Spritz and a cigar in complete tranquility. Later, for dinner, we moved inside, where the atmosphere kept its promises: welcoming and comfortable. The menu offers the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine. We started with delicious chips with pulled pork, then enjoyed a superb Carbonara and an excellent Amatriciana – dishes that reflect the quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation. At the end of the meal, a good amaro perfectly concluded the evening, accompanied by water. Osteria dei Sapori is a recommended stop for those looking for authentic Roman cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Excellent value for money, attentive service and a family atmosphere.

I had an excellent experience in this place: the environment is nice and well looked after, very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, immediately putting you at ease. The dishes are tasty and well presented, you can perceive the attention to the quality of the ingredients. Definitely a place to return!

We came for an aperitif, with €10 you get a drink, pizza, various fried foods, couscous, cured meats and cheeses. Very rich and all good. Service a little slow since there was only one guy managing everything outside

After reading several reviews, I decided to go to this restaurant for dinner. I would like to point out that, although it is not written anywhere, the dishes on the menu are only served from 7 pm onwards, even though the restaurant opens at 6 pm. During this period, they only serve appetizers. Unfortunately, I was only informed of this fact after I was already seated and had already placed my order (the drinks had already arrived at the table). Despite this misfortune, the food I ended up choosing was very tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We were there this evening and, for us, it was certainly the best restaurant we ate in these days in Rome. We had two Giudia artichokes on a pecorino fondue: tender, tasty, large; then a fillet with porcini mushrooms and a shank with puree, the meat very soft and, although very tasty, unfortunately, too much. I don't remember any other times I left delicious food on my plate but this evening I couldn't finish it. Together with a bottle of mineral water and a beer in the end I also asked for a bitter and it all led to a bill of 62 euros. We have already thanked the dining room staff and the cook but I thank everyone again and wish you much success. You haven't gotten away with it yet, I'll see you again tonight.

È il nostro ristorante del cuore.La " colpa "è che è vicino casa e possiamo andarci a piedi.Mai delusi anzi direi che la loro cucina sta raggiungendo livelli altissimi.Abbiamo mangiato una carbonara da urlo,fatta a mestiere,preceduta da 2 antipasti particolari e ottimi: una millefoglie di pane carasau e un bao con pollo sfilanciato.Chiuso la cena con un chease cake al caramello salato.Tutto innaffiato da un Negramaro.Conto giustissimo.Poi due chiacchiere con i proprietari (che ci hanno anche offero una grappa spaziale alla camomolla )e con il ragazzo che ci ha servito e poi a casa.Che dire? Sembrava di essere a casa di amici.Brqvi tutti!

We ate here a few times during our stay in the area. The service was always friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is great too, a charming little place that hits the spot.

Mi è piaciuto davvero tanto il locale , una bella sorpresa !anche se è piccolo rimane molto accogliente e quello che abbiamo mangiato era tutto molto buono quindi ..consiglio di provarlo .
