Table for 11 people. For half an hour no one comes to take the order until we go and look for the waitress. We order in an orderly manner, complete with the order delivery, but they bring to the table double everything we had ordered. We point out the mistake and what is not ours is withdrawn. We notice that all our dishes lack sauces, which always come together with the side dish (fries). We ask if they are no longer part of the menu and there is a need to take them separately, and we are told that they have stopped putting them on the plates to avoid waste. Here I feel shocked for a moment because I say, if the sauce is part of the dish, and the price of the dish is unchanged compared to when the sauce was there, then there is something wrong. I avoid arguing and ask to bring them. We asked several waiters over and over again, because the dishes had rightly arrived, they were getting cold, and without sauces the chips were very dry. Nobody glanced at us for more than half an hour. They brought them when we finished eating, 6 sauces on 12 plates. As stupid as it may seem, it created discomfort and bad mood. If the dish includes sauce, you cannot decide for the customer whether to serve it or not, the sauce must be there. Because even if wasted, which was the reason given, that waste was paid for by the customer.
