Being in Emilia, I would expect better food quality and more courteous and efficient service. Let's be clear, when you decide to dine at a place like this (a franchise chain), you shouldn't have high expectations. However, the portion of fried gnocco with a platter of raw ham was inedible. The cockerel, touted as a house specialty, cooked at least 6-12 hours in advance, is simply not available. Not to mention the prices.

Already tried in Parma and I can say that I can recommend you to go here in Fidenza too. Very well furnished and very clean. Very kind and helpful staff. We ordered 2 sandwiches and they were very good. In addition to various top top types of cockerel, the menu offers: hamburgers, grilled meat, grilled cheese, salads. In addition to various types of desserts. Stop by because it's worth it (be careful that the cockerel is eaten with your hands!!!!)
