Went here for dinner and were greeted and served in a very friendly manner. We were shown the freshly cut steak and the certificate that the beef was indeed from the Chianina genus.
The lemon sorbet came in a frozen lemon - cool idea.

For my family (Tuscans) second perfect experience at Tramaglino after 6 years!
It embodies the true spirit of the Tuscan trattoria which in a simple environment offers traditional Florentine dishes in a friendly atmosphere; after a pleasant introductory chat we order and then… livers, meat, beans, fried polenta….
Believe me, those who despise it either have expectations that are not in line with Tuscan trattorias or are simply lying.

It is the second time in years that we eat in this place because this time too we were passing through on our way back from a trip. The owner was very welcoming and always very attentive and very kind. All very good from the pappardelle with San Giovanni ragù to the fried potatoes which are made of real potatoes, all made by them. But the truly top thing that is worth coming for is the very tasty scottona Florentine steak with wonderful fat and expertly cooked. Highly recommended

Typical Tuscan food, family atmosphere, homemade pasta and quality appetizers.
We ordered the first courses but then added an appetizer, for those who want to eat a single dish the portions need to be revised a bit.
We will return...the 5 stars when we have tasted the meat (which promises well).

We stumbled upon it by chance and we will certainly return, both the coccoli, the fried polenta with livers and the tagliatelle with Sangiovannese ragù were excellent, and what about the homemade desserts... delicious

Siamo stati a cena il 1° novembre, locale quasi al completo.
Comincio col dire che i gestori sono molto cordiali e simpatici, cosa non sempre scontata.
Abbiamo preso due tipi di pasta, una bistecca di maiale ed una bella fiorentina di scottona, veramente sublime.
Buonissimi anche i dolci.
Conto nella media.
Locale assolutamente consigliato.

Di passaggio nei pressi del ristorante, abbiamo deciso di fermarci e abbiamo fatto bene. Location semplice ma ordinata, personale cortese e disponibile e buon cibo. Abbiamo preso un tagliere misto, due primi e un dolce. Tutto molto buono e porzioni abbondanti. Da provare!
