A very tasty and plentiful lunch. Flavorful pappa al pomodoro and equally satisfying stewed tripe. Generous portions. The atmosphere was half trattoria, half restaurant. I found this a bit of a contrast to the food. Everything was very good.

Lunch break and I find a place that's like a very welcoming trattoria, with a nice menu, although some dishes aren't available due to the heat... the man in the dining room, I think the owner, is helpful and efficient, the menu is varied and includes typical dishes... too bad that... business lunch... I had tripe, chard, water, and coffee... 26 euros... no comment... now, I wonder... I've been going to restaurants for 31 years... currently, where they do tripe and a side dish, the cost is between 12, yes 12 and 18 euros... 26 for a plate of tripe, which is small in quantity even if it's good, seems excessive to me. The prices are correctly stated on the menu, so it wasn't a surprise... but the fact remains that spending this amount for this lunch seemed excessive to me. I'll leave the owner's response to the customers... according to him, in other places I would eat tripe with my hands without a plate and in hot environments in summer or cold in winter... no comment...

An unforgettable experience in an authentic trattoria. The owners are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. We started with bruschetta; the liver bruschetta is incredibly delicious, with a delicate, surprisingly good flavor. On the lady's recommendation, we ordered a Florentine rib steak: delicious, to say the least. Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. ❤️ The prices are very reasonable. I'd go back a thousand times over. ❤️

We had a truly fantastic meal here. We were looking for something truly typical Italian. It seems a bit unusual at first, situated in an industrial area, but it's totally worth it. You receive a super friendly welcome, and the hostess explains everything kindly. The gnocchi with fresh truffle was truly exceptional. It can seem a bit empty in the evening, but that's because all the Italians come for lunch. Tourists arrive in the evening, and they're still less likely to find Tramaglino.

High-quality cuisine, more than fair prices, very friendly staff, comfortable and very clean environment... highly recommended.

As a family of 5 plus a dog we had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and the food was excellent (our kids who are picky eaters cleaned their plates). If you are visiting or just passing through it is worth the stop.

A vederlo da fuori non gli avrei dato nessuna possibilità invece è stata una bella scoperta. Servizio preciso e attento, si sente subito la passione dei proprietari. Cibo ottimo, molto ricercato e ben servito. Vino della casa sfuso di qualità, molto gradevole. Dolci squisiti. Il conto un po' salato ma ne vale veramente la pena.
