The steak is simply excellent: perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful, the kind that needs no introduction. The "real" fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, taste like home and show off attention to detail. The fried artichokes are a small masterpiece: light, dry, perfectly golden, and irresistible one after the other. But the dish that truly stands out is the gnudi on Grana fondue with truffle shavings: soft, delicate, enveloped in a creamy fondue and scented with truffle without ever being overpowering. A perfect balance that speaks of authentic cuisine and great respect for the ingredients. A place where you leave happy, full, and with one certainty: you'll want to return.

An excellent trattoria, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes we ordered and their authentic flavor: lampredotto, grilled meat, seasonal vegetables, and delicious artichoke pici. We stumbled upon it somewhat by chance on a trip from Turin to Naples, and now that we're back, we've decided to stop by again to try other traditional dishes.
