So let's start from the fresh pasta to say that it is good, the cacio e pepe cream to say that it needs to be improved, it is not enough to add some cacio del pepe and a little cooking water and dilute it, or prepare the cream first as God commands otherwise it becomes a pasta with cheese and pepper. Modernity is fine but not even having a piece of bread for the slipper (if there had been a Vera cheese and pepper cream...) Review the seasoning preparations because Italians (if you are interested in them as customers) still know how to eat
