The renovated Trabocco has lost some of its originality, but it's still pleasant. The set menu includes two appetizers with mini portions of gourmet dishes and two small plates to share, all very good. A generous first course, a standard second course, and a small fried fish to share. Dessert and coffee, drinks à la carte. The price is a bit high compared to regular restaurants, but it's worth it for the view and the character—let's say it's also a bit of a trend at the moment. I recommend not taking advantage of the moment too much, because then the gravy train will end. Also, eating the raw materials right where they exist, let's say 0 km, should cost less. Furthermore, you choose the menu based on the season and the catch of the day. Procurement is not that complicated, so what would be the reason for the high price? I'm not just talking about you guys, who obviously adjusted their prices to the other Trabocchi, some even worse. All in all, a great experience.

A warm and authentic welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The staff is attentive and extremely kind, always smiling. The food? Simply delicious, fresh seafood dishes cooked with care and passion, respecting local cuisine. Each dish is a small masterpiece that highlights the flavors of the sea. All immersed in a unique atmosphere, suspended between sky and sea.

Fixed menu dinner for two during the week of August 15th.
I agree with what I've read in recent reviews, but I'll point out that in our case, we DID NOT wait for everyone to be served!
I think the longer wait times were part of the experience. If you think about it, for the €65 we spent, it's fair to enjoy the beautiful view; no one would have wanted to spend a fortune and be turned away within 30 minutes.
Our dishes were generally lukewarm, too, and the fish flavor was poor. It's a shame because we had very high expectations.
Honestly, I didn't have much left.

We had an unforgettable evening; dinner on the trabocco was perfect in every way. The set menu was exquisite, the location unique, something to do at least once in your life! They prepared a special menu for our four-year-old daughter, featuring pasta with tomato sauce, cutlet, and fries. One waitress with short hair and glasses stood out for her kindness and helpfulness.

On September 2nd, we planned our daughter's 18th birthday party at this beautiful, completely renovated trabocco with an adjoining kitchen. There were about thirty of us, and we're thrilled with how wonderful the party was. The service was prompt, fast, friendly, and efficient. The dishes are served with visual impact in mind, which is excellent. The appetizers are delicious, but the best part is the first course (pasta, chickpeas, and seafood), followed by a spectacular slice of tender cod with nduja, and, to finish, a light, crispy, and warm fried fish that deserved top marks. The wine list is excellent. Definitely worth a try!

If you're looking for tradition in both food and location, avoid it. It's a beautiful, "new" trabocco, and if I understand correctly, it's still under construction, with modern cuisine. If you're looking for a good seaside restaurant with modern cuisine that hints at traditional dishes, and a good quality/price ratio, you're in the right place.

Dunque devo fare una premessa segnalando che siamo stati al trabocco di Punta Punciosa come turisti ed il posto ci è stato segnalato da un amico della zona!
Ho notato delle recensioni negative che mi sembrano decisamente inadeguate e senza senso e ho il sospetto che sia qualche proprietario di un locale della zona che voglia mettere in difficoltà vi metto parte della recensione come esempio :"
Negativo sotto tutto punt di vista. Partiamo
dalla costruzione che sembra una mezza
palafitta, davvero brutta esteticamente sia
dentro che fuori. . La cucina vorrebbe essere

Non mi sembra normale parlare di palafitte VISTO CHE È UN TRABOCCO.
Tornando al locale la struttura è tutta completamente ristrutturata e non è una bettola come gli altri trabocchi.
La preparazione delle portate estremamente curata, si mangia un livello di pesce non usuale intendo che non si va in questo posto per mangiare la pepata di cozze......i piatti sono ricchi di pesce solo fresco e pescato in giornata.
Una stupenda occasione per trascorrere una serata in tranquillità ad assaporare accostamenti di pesce e primizie locali di alto livello.
Consigliatissimo per chi apprezza la cucina ricercata e diversa !
