The particular thrill of having lunch or better yet dinner on an overflow is to be experienced at least once. In particular, this is one of the best... very good lunch, fixed menu at 60 euros including drinks, in line with the location

Sarà stata la fame, sarà stata la location, sarà stato il cibo, è stato tutto magnifico. Ho pranzato in questo Trabocco durante un viaggio di gruppo. Il menù fisso consisteva in 3 antipasti freddi, 2 antipasti caldi, un primo, frittura di paranza con contorno, dolce, acqua, vino e caffè. Tra i vari piatti ho apprezzato molto il primo: anelli di pasta (fatta a mano) allo scoglio con mollica di pane tostato e granella di mandorle. Anche il dolce era molto buono: le "Sise" con crema pasticcera. L'unica pecca sono stati i bagni chimici lontani dal trabocco.

Booked by luck, they are usually all full. We chose the fixed menu formula at €65. We arrived at 2pm and finished lunch at 4pm. Starter with tuna slice with caramelized onion, slightly tough octopus salad but excellent flavor and mackerel fillet with crumbled breadcrumbs flavored with paprika and lemon. Simple first courses, rings of flour and water (local pasta from times gone by which requires special machinery to make) with mussels, clams and toasted breadcrumbs. I honestly expected something different BUT, knowing that in the overflow the fishermen had to fish the first things were precisely these mentioned above. As a second course, fried fish, with squid, prawns, "roscioli", sardines and another type whose name I don't remember; salad, 3 bottles of water and final dessert the "Sise" with custard and a hint of lemon. We happened on a rather windy day on 09/08/2024 but we had a good time anyway, the place is obviously completely outdoors, except for some plastic curtains that close when necessary. Fast service, very nice and friendly staff ADVISE!!!!

An excellent experience thanks to an excellent service offered by a young and dynamic team. The fixed menu is of high quality, combined with a truly one-of-a-kind location.

Ci sono andata solamente per godermi una cena al Trabocco, quindi: Menù fisso a €65 ma neanche te lo comunicano, non presentano i piatti, camerieri semi muti. Personale discutibile. Cibo nella norma, qualche piatto più buono altri meno buoni, il dolce devo dire che mi é piaciuto particolarmente. Il posto é bellissimo, suggestivo, merita solo questo.

Magnificent location, the big flaw is there is no bathroom, you have to use a chemical toilet which I opened and closed again. Good food. Good service. Friendly staff, the only flaw is the unopened bottle at the table. The cost is a little high but you eat in the middle of the sea. so if it hadn't been for the bathroom we would have repeated the experience

I would like to start by saying that the place is very beautiful and evocative, but I feel I have to make some considerations. Fixed menu at €65 which reflects the location more than the dishes themselves. The octopus as a starter was quite tough and overcooked, the scampi was also overcooked. The pasta was good and the octopus were fabulous, however the fried food could have been served hot and not lukewarm - and it would have been excellent. For these reasons I don't feel like giving 4 stars, I would give 3.5. Courteous and fast staff. A sad note is the lack of a bathroom; there is a chemical toilet in the car park, which I do not recommend to anyone.

Suggestive place. Abundant fixed menu of which I especially appreciated the first course and the fish. The only flaw: the bathroom made available by the overflow is a chemical toilet near the car parks, which however we found closed already at the start of service. In order not to have to go back, we asked to go to the restaurant bathroom in front of the overflow itself; the owner let us go even though he wasn't particularly keen on it. The ideal would be an agreement between the parties so that it can be used without the disappointment of the owner of the restaurant on the coast.

We went to this overflow on August 17, 2024 for dinner. Very nice location, friendly staff. The quality/price ratio is not balanced: octopus and octopus (in the starters) too hard and the pasta rings, although good in flavor, lacked fish.
