Regular customer for years but to deserve the 5 stars I would like to give two suggestions: 1. Some dishes have pieces that are too big and should be smaller so as not to drown while eating... 2. and the place should be embellished a little compared to many other Japanese restaurants that I have seen.... Come on! another little effort and you will be the TOP!

Sushi experience nothing short of fantastic! The delicacies of Japanese cuisine are prepared with the utmost care and dedication, the service is very efficient and the staff very kind. It is without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in the area! The food is quality and the place very clean. I will definitely return when I want to taste different dishes, congratulations!

Esperienza sushi a dir poco fantastica! Le prelibatezze della cucina giapponese sono preparate con il massimo della cura e della dedizione, il servizio è molto efficiente e il personale gentilissimo. È senza dubbio il ristorante di sushi migliore della zona! Il cibo è di qualità e il locale molto pulito. Ci ritorneró sicuramente quando avró voglia di gustare dei piatti diversi, complimenti!

I honestly expected a slightly higher level. Clearly my rating is based on the lunch service and not dinner, which perhaps could raise the rating a little. But honestly there are 5 Japanese restaurants in Martina Franca, this is the one that left me least wanting to go back.

I recommend this place to anyone who can go. because they make good dishes whatever dish you get.
