30/07/2025: I met Claudio, the grill chef, by chance. His mother, Giovanna, is a great, award-winning cook. And then his two daughters, one at the pizzeria, La Pizzaiola 🙌. The other, at the customer service desk and at the cash register, is incredibly empathetic. The waiter is also very kind and ready to accommodate every request. Once I ordered tagliatelle with ham, but I couldn't tell if the plate was too small or too many tagliatelle, but the plate was empty. Then two other times I ordered the rosemary tagliatelle, tender, juicy, and flavorful. And here comes the owner, Claudio, the grill man. I ask him, "Tell me, how is the meat so tender?" And he seriously replies, "I'll massage it all night long." A special friendship has been born with him, with no interest whatsoever. In short, he always makes me pay the bill.
