19/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the oldest part of Minervino Murge, above the town square, with a beautiful hill in front. It has a lovely terrace where you can have lunch or dinner during the warmer months. The interior is very beautiful and welcoming; it's an old house, but it's been carefully renovated, preserving its original character. The menu features traditional dishes, as well as more unusual dishes, all using locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian options are also available, and for my gluten and lactose intolerance, I found gluten-free bread and pasta, as well as lactose-free options. Naturally, I mentioned this when I booked. Everything is excellent; the ingredients are top-quality, the staff is very kind and helpful, and I even met the chef, who I found to be very talented.

The service is impeccable: the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic place to eat well, feel welcomed, and enjoy a memorable gastronomic experience.
