My wife and I have returned to this delightful corner of paradise, where a harmony of aromas and flavors has restored our peace of mind. I wonder who these "truffles" are, penalizing those who, with passion and dedication, strive—and in my opinion succeed—to satisfy their customers' desires.

Enchanting place! We found this place just outside Florence and it was a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, made with locally sourced ingredients, and the staff were incredibly kind.

A blissful spot in the hills near Florence, ideal for a meal or a simple rest under the arbor. Varied dishes perfectly prepared Delicious lemon pasta And an extensive local wine list, of course, chosen with love.

Found it by chance, and I must say it was a coincidence... I stopped for lunch with my daughter. We had a pacchero, a tagliata, a dessert, water, wine, and coffee for €48. The location is truly beautiful, in a castle in the Florentine countryside. As for the food, nothing to complain about. The pacchero with ragù was good, as was the meat. The cheesecake could be better. If I really had to find a flaw, it's the menu that's unclear, and there's no way to see the prices. Anyway, it was beautiful and delicious. I'd gladly return.

A place that manages to combine tradition and creativity, thanks to a very talented chef who knows how to enhance each dish with taste and technique. The first courses are the real strong point: intense flavors, perfect cooking and plating with attention to the smallest details, like in a starred restaurant but with the warm soul of a real tavern. The environment is welcoming and you can breathe passion in every corner, from the kind service to the cuisine that tells a story. A stop not to be missed for those looking for authenticity and quality. We will definitely be back!
