Pros: Beautiful complex well located between Bari and Brindisi, near the pretty town of Monopoli. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms. Good Italian cuisine. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. 2 beautiful pools. Good entertainment team. Cons: Room soundproofing could be improved. No real beach. Parking is difficult as it's crowded. Waiting at the breakfast buffet. Basic breakfast. Meals are not very varied. Tables are set up for meals. A car is essential.

Let me start by saying that I've rarely felt so welcomed at a resort. My partner and I (a 25-year-old gay couple) were treated with great care and kindness, far beyond mere professionalism. Reception Staff always available. They even showed me the resort's floor plan (Dante Bini design) and responded with interest to my questions. One day, they even notified me via WhatsApp (I'd turned off my phone in the room) that I'd left the lights on in the car: a thoughtful gesture. Room and Cleanliness Apartment in the beautiful dome. Cleanliness was good, although the sheets had a few stains and the floors are only mopped once a week (but I'm sure they would have done more if we'd asked). Sea and Pools The sea was splendid, although the wind sometimes prevented us from swimming; fortunately, there are free coves nearby, and the property also offers a slight discount at a partner beach. The wooden deck with cushioned loungers right by the sea was beautiful. Two pools: a chlorinated relaxation pool and a saltwater pool. The card for collecting clean beach towels every day is very convenient. Entertainment and Bar Soft entertainment, discreet with adults. Evening shows are a bit dated. Two bars: "La Dunetta" (excellent ice cream, but avoid the iced coffee) and the upper bar, serving coffee, tea, and lounge drinks. Dining We were very satisfied with our full-board stay. Breakfast: a wide selection of sweet treats, excellent cappuccinos (thanks to Antonia). Lunch and Dinner: a varied buffet with salads, pastries, dairy products, meat and fish first courses, plus a fixed pasta dish with tomato sauce. At dinner, live cooking shows featuring typical dishes. The first course chef (a peer of ours) is excellent. Children's Menu: freshly prepared pasta dishes by Antonia. Superior Restaurant (reservations required): Extremely high quality, dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, such as smoked amberjack sashimi with mango salsa. A very light pizza is also available. Waiting Staff Extraordinary people who combine professionalism and friendliness. Matron Maria: energetic, charismatic, incredibly sweet with children, impeccable in managing the dining room. Nothing goes wrong with her. (CONGRATULATIONS ON THE WEDDING!!!) Antonia: smiling and attentive, she always remembered how much we loved our cappuccinos and asked how we were doing. Assistant Manager Mariangela: omnipresent throughout the facility to ensure guests' satisfaction. She is a calming professional who seeks honest feedback, solves every problem, and answers all questions. She even granted us a late checkout, allowing us a final shower in our room after swimming in the pool. A Special Gesture My partner celebrated his birthday during our stay: I ordered a cake from reception, and the matron Maria, my assistant Mariangela, and I celebrated with heartfelt congratulations! It was beautiful and very warm! Conclusion The resort isn't perfect, but it won us over thanks to the people who bring it to life. Strong points: incredible staff, excellent food, well-kept sea and pools, large green spaces, professional lifeguards, inclusiveness towards LGBT couples, and the beautiful domes. We felt welcomed with respect and warmth. We hope to return soon. Thank you all so much! ❤️

A wonderful experience. I stayed at the beginning of August 2025 and I still miss those days. The location was beautiful and clean, the staff attentive and super helpful. We had the premium package and towels were changed twice a day. We enjoyed the cuisine at the Blu Restaurant on the terrace. Since we were pregnant, we asked for a centrally located room, and they accommodated me, as well as my other requests. We had a wonderful time. I loved the breakfast: croissants you could fill directly with the Nutella dispenser, a variety of cakes and pies. The lunch and/or dinner buffet was standard. I especially enjoyed the meat-based main courses. The location of the resort is ideal, as it is close to Monopoli, Polignano, Fasano, and even Ostuni. It was a week where we never got bored. The only negatives are that, besides the walkway directly into the sea, which is inaccessible for non-swimmers and when the sea is very rough (due to the presence of rocks), the pools are too cold and not even slightly heated. But despite this, I would happily return! I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax. Not chaotic.

We stayed for a week on a full-board basis and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the entertainment was very professional and attentive, yet unobtrusive. We only tried the buffet menu, which we were delighted with, featuring high-quality, local products. (There is also an à la carte restaurant and a seafood bistro serving summer dishes for lunch and sushi for dinner.)

The place is charming. The rooms are surrounded by greenery and are clean. The location on the sea is excellent.

The location and setting are exceptional, the activities offered are fantastic, and the instructors are truly excellent. The tennis, soccer, and volleyball courts are also excellent. I highly recommend it!

Undoubtedly a beautiful facility, with two lovely pools, one with seawater. Very friendly staff. But two problems. The food could be improved greatly, from breakfast to dinner, and the beach is practically closed if there's a bit of wind (only one day during my week was open).

The establishment boasts original architecture, even though the small round houses are the upper categories. The standard categories are in large blocks of flats without much charm. Private access to the sea, two pleasant coves on each side accessible by the shoreline (the one to the south is more sheltered from the wind). Convenient location for exploring the surrounding area by rental car and only 40 minutes from Bari airport. Small negatives: swimming caps are mandatory at the pool. "Service charge" of nearly €25/night just for hotel services that you don't necessarily use (apparently this is the case in Italian resort villages). Breakfast is really lacking in variety and could easily be improved.

This magnificent place deserves to be professionally managed. 1 hour 15 minute check-in. Swimming cap for the pool, which closes between 1 and 3 p.m. Organize breakfast so you can enjoy the magnificent outdoors and not feel like you're in a cafeteria inside. Choose either a 4-star hotel or a resort... but make your choices your own and train your staff.
