From the fact that it's the third time I've been back, you can tell that I like the place.

We stayed at this resort for ten days. My son Lorenzo was pampered in countless ways thanks to Antonia, who lovingly prepared his lunch and dinner, always with a smile. The place is magnificent, and that's why we returned for the second time and will return again. Thanks to the pool, Lorenzo had a blast, and we parents enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the food, and the sun. A special thanks also to Mrs. Maria, with her smile and kindness. Extremely disappointed. I had high expectations for my week's stay. I found the facility and pools truly beautiful, but the rest absolutely doesn't live up to the 4-star rating and price. Unless you pay for the "premium" package, you won't find any comforts in the rooms. From a simple kettle to a glass or any of the bathroom amenities. They're also superficially clean. The pools are truly accessible and beautiful, but unfortunately, access to the sea is very difficult. There's a staircase with very high steps on the cliff. With rough seas, it's a real challenge to get down and back up, unless you're in your twenties. The food is good, but average.

We spent six nights on a half-board basis at this hotel to explore the Puglia area. It's located near Monopoli and Polignano, and about 40 meters from Bari and the airport by car. The facilities are truly excellent. Everything is superbly maintained, from the lawns around the rooms to the pools and dining room, to the surrounding area. This makes you feel very comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, and they're spacious and accessible for two people. The staff is friendly; both check-in and check-out were quick, and everything was explained thoroughly. Although I did notice a difference in the treatment given to Italian and non-Italian guests. Except at reception, communication outside of Italian is quite difficult. There were several aspects that didn't quite convince me. The first is that swimming caps are mandatory for swimming in the pool, and although I can understand it, I found it very uncomfortable. Secondly, I should note that at 5 a.m. It was dawn, and the room only had curtains, so quite a bit of light came in and woke me up. Finally, I don't consider the food to be of a standard for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was very filling, but dinner was served on the terrace, and most dishes, except for those from the grill, were cold. Although it must be said that there was always a variety of meat and fish, and the quality was generally acceptable. The hotel is recommendable, but if I were to return to Puglia, I don't know if I would consider looking elsewhere given the overall cost of the stay.

We stayed at this property in June with my family and in-laws, and I can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the holidays.

I'm writing this review while I'm still here, but sadly about to leave. I'll just say one thing: treat yourself to this dream!!! The location is beautiful, well-kept, super clean, the food is excellent, but what will amaze you most is the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. You'll find courtesy and smiles at every station. From the restaurant staff to the lifeguards to the cleaning staff, I've never encountered such friendly helpfulness. Last week we came here as a "blind date" for work, and the following weekend we were back to repeat the exceptional experience and be pampered once again. I must give a special mention to the reception staff, from the very kind Francesca to Deborah, but also to the other people there. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, but I've never encountered such courtesy and helpfulness. I almost feel like a child at the end of my vacation, unwilling to leave what has truly become a place of my heart. I hope to return very soon, but I repeat: treat yourself to this dream called TORRE CINTOLA! P.S. The sea is gorgeous (and there's also a sandy beach nearby (Lido Sabbiadoro, which deserves a separate, always super positive review) that's amazing. But the saltwater pool here on the property is also beautiful.

A very beautiful, well-kept place with two pools and convenient access to the sea. Ideal for a bit of relaxation (at least in June).

The Torre Cintola Resort is a peaceful haven overlooking a crystal-clear sea, perfect for those seeking a relaxing yet meticulously maintained vacation. The rooms, with their dome-shaped design, are unique, fresh, and well-equipped. Spacious, impeccably clean, and the common areas are well-maintained. The sea view is simply spectacular, especially at sunrise. The two swimming pools, one saltwater, are beautiful, and the access to the sea via a cliffside walkway is comfortable and scenic. Please note: there is no sandy beach. The rooms are basic but spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the cuisine is varied, featuring beautifully presented local dishes. The location is also strategic for visiting Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and the inland villages. Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and enjoy Puglia in peace.

The hotel grounds are spacious and in a good location near the coast and nearby quaint towns. Service was pretty slow at check in (waited over 30 mins on a Thursday) and at the beach side cafe. You also need to wear a swim cap to be allowed in the hotel pool which is not convenient. There is an outdoor gym which is nice and also space to hang your laundry outside. There is free parking on site. Rooms were okay but not sure I would give a 4 star hotel rating.

I was there for work two weeks in a row. In addition to the very beautiful place with two pools, one of which is salt water, what is worth highlighting is the great professionalism and availability of all the staff and the excellent level of general comfort.
