Lovely and incredibly historic place. Truly magical and relaxing. Very kind owners, like the guys who work there, the passion and care they put into carrying out their work does not go unnoticed. Excellent pinsa, perfect cooking and delicious flavour. The sandwiches are also very good and special! Chocolate cake to complete the truly delicious dinner. I can only say that I was fully satisfied. Great price too! Thank you for the wonderful evening that we were able to spend thanks to all your attention and the importance you know how to give to every single customer.

First time I go to the Pazzi tower. Pleasant evening with aperitif on the terrace and dinner in the garden. Wonderful atmosphere and attentive and super welcoming service. The Negroni is excellent as an aperitif and the pinsa with spinach. Well done!

Relaxed, welcoming, friendly and smiling staff. Super kids friendly! Top pinsa, vegetables from the garden, lemonade with home-produced lemons and 2 wonderful donkeys greeting us as we left! We'll be back soon!

Top location, we were out and about in the Fiesole area last Sunday and drove past the restaurant and only wanted 2 cappuccinos, the service was extremely friendly and after coffee we decided to have lunch here. Wonderful ambience surrounded by nature, excellent food and value for money! And the service was excellent, actually 6 stars for that! Grazie mille

I can't begin to understand any of the negative reviews! Totally friendly, family atmosphere...super nice, warm people who work here! The Pinsa was exceptionally good and the location, even though it was right on the street, was really super charming. The only thing I would have to complain about would be the uncomfortable chairs 😅 I was then even driven to my accommodation. The place is very beautiful, it looks like a castle. The exteriors are large with gardens where children can play safely and peacefully. The interiors vary between rooms with ancient millstones and rooms renovated for a restaurant-pizzeria. Sore point is the food and the service: we attended an organized dinner where the drinks and food had been agreed in advance. Everything would have been served on tables and the service was self service, but this had been agreed and was fine. The problem was that between kids and adults there would have been around 60 people and they brought 5 platters with cured meats and a number of pinsas that allowed us to taste just one segment each. I think they brought 8-10 pints in the space of 1.5 hours for 60 people. Each pinsa cut into 4 pieces. Total: 40 pieces of pinsa for 60 people, just over half a quarter (1/8) each. Back home at 11.15am with the kids hungry we had to sit down at the table to have dinner…. Thanks but I'm not coming back PS: I feel I should add that the piece of pinsa I got was also good, so it would probably also go well with family or a few friends. However, the service was not suitable to accommodate a group as large as ours of 60 people (adults and children)

Excellent for a snack, very nice internal environment and also the well-kept exterior, a relaxing place suitable for a break without fuss
