Il proprietario, Gino, con oltre trent’anni di esperienza, ha trasformato questo luogo in un punto di riferimento per chi cerca la vera cucina cinese, preparata con passione e maestria. Ogni piatto sembra avere una storia, un’attenzione al dettaglio che solo l’esperienza può offrire. Gli involtini primavera sono un must: croccanti fuori e incredibilmente saporiti dentro, un vero viaggio nei sapori. Le alghe fritte sono una sorpresa che stupisce ogni volta, leggere e irresistibili. E poi ci sono gli gnocchi, un piatto che porto nel cuore da quando ero bambino: ogni boccone è un tuffo nel passato, con quella qualità immutata che solo Gino sa garantire.
