The place is welcoming, well-kept, and has the perfect atmosphere for a convivial dinner. The food was excellent, fresh, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality: each dish arrived on time and was prepared with great care. A special thanks goes to the staff, who were kind, professional, and helpful. We especially want to mention Anna, a truly friendly, smiling, and attentive woman: she made us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the evening, decisively contributing to making our birthday even more special. We were treated with great care and respect, as if we were guests in their home. Toki is undoubtedly one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in Verona. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, the venue is modern and welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly—special thanks to Anna and Bin, who made our birthday party truly unforgettable. We'd already read the reviews on Google before coming, so we knew more or less what to expect, but we were still disappointed. Unfortunately, it was the only option on the entire street that day, so we decided to give it a try. We came for lunch, and the place was very crowded, which was understandable, but the experience was truly awful. The staff seemed uninterested and almost annoyed. The sushi lady in particular was particularly rude: she practically threw our nigiri onto the table, one of which nearly fell off. She realized what she'd done, but didn't even apologize. When it came time to pay, the girl at the cashier asked us how it went. My sister was about to answer, but I stopped her: there was no point in saying that. We simply won't be returning.

I went for lunch on Saturday, and everything was delicious! Despite the crowds, the wait for the dishes we ordered wasn't long.
