We decided to go there after a quick visit to Trieste. Despite our delay of well over an hour due to unforeseen circumstances, they still welcomed us kindly and held our table. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff very friendly, especially Christian, who took care of us, was very kind and polite! Service was prompt and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Dinner for two We sat down at the time of our reservation The waiters were impeccable, attentive, and helpful We ordered two appetizers Beef tartare with whipped butter and salsa verde Sublime A flavor that exploded in the mouth, truly delicious, rating 0/10 15 Cod mousse The strong flavor of the black olive powder was truly excellent It truly reached super levels Because overall, you could taste all the flavors, all well balanced Two fried calamari One of the few fried dishes I've ever eaten; although it was lightly cooked, between the breading and the calamari itself, it melted in the mouth, yet with a delicate crunchiness from the breading. Perfect. Aromatic potatoes (baked) Excellently cooked, excellent flavor We were full But we said to ourselves If the dishes are like this, What will the desserts be like? So we ordered a Caprese cake: truly excellent The cocoa and dried fruit were perfectly balanced because you could taste the distinct flavors of the ingredients Baba to be applauded First bite I roll my eyes Soft, moist, and just the right amount of soggy, truly superb Accompanied with whipped cream Which gave it an extra touch, even if it wasn't necessary because it was already perfect as it was. A wonderful start to the holiday and it started with this place where we had a great time, highly recommended.

We had lunch here after a long city walk, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was good, and small adjustments to taste were no problem at all. The tuna tartare and burata were most appreciated. The teenagers received some recommendations, the house wine was excellent, and the desserts were also delicious. We sat outside on the terrace, with rain threatening. They were very helpful in creating a spot for us. We sat outside for the atmosphere, which allowed for wonderful people-watching and the charm of the place. The price-quality ratio is truly excellent, in our opinion. Tipping is only possible in cash, which takes some getting used to for someone like me who doesn't accept cash.

The restaurant is located directly on the Grand Canal in Trieste, a convenient location in the city center. It's a great place to stop for lunch. Enjoy a seafood platter with wine and aperitif, and relax and watch the world go by. The service is unobtrusive. The seating is pleasant in the shade under the large awning outside.

Very, very good. We enjoyed the pasta with pistachio pesto and the parmesan. I'll be thinking about that dinner for a long time.
