Tivoli In Cortina d'ampezzo

One of the most pleasant dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were in town to watch the Olympics and booked this place a few weeks in advance. She did the vegetarian tasting menu and I did the meat one. Incredible fresh and local food (a lot of game meat for me, which was delightful) and the portions were HUGE. Like we had to force ourselves to only eat 50-60% of some plates, which felt like a crime, in order to keep appetite for the end. Drink pairings were perfect, Fabio deserves a raise! Juan Jose was welcoming, and knowledgeable as our server too. 10/10 recommend, and come hungry if you do a tasting menu 🤌

Best food in Cortina for me during my 6 days visit.

Once you try Tivoli Cortina, you'll never forget it. It's a truly unique experience. They did a good job putting the Prest Family on the logo, because the welcome is just like being at home: warm and comforting. The place is simple and well-kept, with lots of wood (confirming the perceived warmth), and neat and simple. The large terrace overlooks the splendid Cortina, offering spectacular views of the Tofane mountains. The dishes are delicious, sometimes surprising with their simple flavors, which, when expertly mixed and blended, explode in the mouth. The wine selection is excellent. Chef Prest even passed through the tables and delighted us with his presence. What can I say... highly recommended! It's a treat everyone should give themselves!

amazing experience on a 9 dish dinner

Honestly one of the best meal we’ve ever had! The food was amazing, really excellent and the service was incredible! I know people will say that’s “normal” for a restaurant with a Michelin star, but honestly that’s not always the case. We’ve been lucky enough to try Michelin star restaurants in a few different countries and the service here at Tivoli was outstanding! The food also exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute of it. The chef was gracious enough to come say hello to everyone at the beginning of the evening and the waiting staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would go back to Cortina in a heartbeat, and Tivoli would be one of the top reasons why.

Top in everything, it's expensive but it's worth what you spend.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin recognition. It stands among the best. Every dish was beautifully executed. You can feel the chef's mastery in every plate: refined, generous and satisfying. The team is outstanding, professional, attentive and very welcoming. You are guided through the experience with care, and one thing is certain: they do NOT let you leave hungry. This is a place where passion, precision and heart come together. A restaurant I will definitely remember and I would return to without hesitation! Highly recommended! Thank you to chef Graziano for greeting us and feeding us so well to Fabio and the entire team!

Our experience was absolutely incredible!!!! The food deserves a Michelin star, if not two. The tagliolini with white truffle and the passatelli with truffle were exquisite, as were the two variations of sublime venison, with an extraordinary flavor, as well as the filet mignon with white truffle and the wine selection. Compliments to the sommelier who made our gastronomic experience a complete success! We will be back soon.
