Tivoli In Cortina d'ampezzo

We came looking for a special dining experience while on vacation, and this was by far our favorite meal in Italy (and this year!). Food was incredible - on par or better than every other Michelin-starred restaurant we’ve been to. And the service was incredibly attentive and on-point without being at all stuffy or formal; the chef even stopped by twice to say hi. Highly highly recommend if you’re looking for a special meal in the Dolomites! Must eats: pigeon, cold spaghetti, ravioli, all the desserts

This is one of the best meals I have ever had. Hands down the best risotto of my life. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is just done right. No bad dishes. Best service. Amazing wine list

Outstanding meal, service and ambiance

Amazing experience!!!! I had the tasting menu….. standouts were the spaghetti and I loved the sorbet!!! It was my birthday and they gave me a small gift ….. defn recommend!!

Exceptional isn’t a strong enough word to describe our experience here. I’ve had the privilege of dining at many Michelin star restaurants, and yet this might have been the best meal of my life. Everything from the food to the wine pairings was damn near perfect. We had the local tasting menu because we love to explore regional cuisine, and it blew us away. The highlights were venison tataki, an impossibly good beef cheek, and an apple strudel that has ruined me for life because I’ll never find another one as good. If you are in Cortina, then do not miss this experience.

Amazing experience. Visited on a Monday for dinner service. We were a party of 2 and had one Gourmet tasting menu (7 courses) and one Traditional tasting menu (6 courses) - it’s a lot of food for us. Highlights: - Restaurant welcomed our 9.30pm reservation. We were the only diners left by 12 midnight, no one rushed our meal. - Servers were knowledgeable & friendly, willing to answer questions about the food - Chef was friendly and came out to check-in on us at least twice - Food was incredible to us (note: we only dine at such restaurants on occasion). Dishes were unique (especially the Traditional tasting menu). - Memorable dishes: (1) Pigeon breast with foie gras, and confit pigeon legs with celery root (2) Frog soup (3) Banana-parsley ice cream

January 12, 2025. We made a reservation as a friend recommended this restaurant. The environment is very nice, the staff is polite and the food is exceptional. We really enjoyed the experience.

Mio dio …. Che sapori che abbinamenti …..esplosione del palato !!!!! Lista vini infinita….. personale accogliente e preparato …. Prezzi alti ma sicuramente in linea con la qualita!!!! Location ….ci vorrebbe qualche ritocco…..
