I had lunch, offered after a conference. A first course, a second course with a side dish, wine, water, and coffee. A little below average compared to a fixed-menu restaurant.

Location suggestiva: la barchessa secentesca di Villa Fani a Limena, a pochissimi chilometri da Padova. Ambiente raffinato ma informale: uno spazio enorme dove, oltre ai tavoli, si trovano l'enorme bancone bar e il forno a legna. Cibo e vino ottimi: consigliatissima la carne, fatta alla griglia, è il pezzo forte del locale.Assolutamente da provare anche le pizze, cotte nel forno a legna rotante, enormi, con pasta sottilissima e con ingredienti tradizionali e genuini (i porcini hanno il profumo di vero porcino!!): oltre a quelle tradizionali, ce ne sono alcune speciali con la salsiccia, il radicchio di Treviso, il prosciutto e i funghi porcini che non lasceranno delusi nemmeno i palati più esigenti.

12/12/2025: I had lunch here in early December. Not only was the food excellent, but the hospitality of the waiters was also excellent, making for a very enjoyable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant as a place to eat in Padova!
