The best Boulevardier in Genoa. A truly authentic and relaxed place. The drinks are good, and the appetizers are expertly crafted. Friendly and friendly.

While visiting family back in Genoa, Tire-Bouchon became our go-to place for most of the week. Fabio and Cristina took great care of my wife (who is expecting) and me, preparing exceptional non-alcoholic drinks, despite Fabio's initial skepticism. The aperitivo was plentiful, and we highly recommend stopping for dinner. All the sauces are homemade by Cristina, and the white rabbit ragù was exceptional. The green bean meatloaf, made with her mother's recipe, was also delicious. We truly felt at home, and the three of us will be back next time. Thank you!

'Always perfect aperitif. Fabio is truly talented. The aperitif is served with a small plate that is a mix of very good savory appetizers. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Wonderful place, great food, excellent service and kindness. Excellent location, quiet in the historic center of Genoa. We will return to try breakfast and dinner.
