The place is charming, informal, and very welcoming. The staff is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The food is delicious, with truly excellent ingredients and well-balanced recipes. A good selection of natural wines.

This place is very endearing and I really love having breakfast here during a walk along the Martesana. The sweets and the coffee are top level and I love how fresh the aesthetics of the café is. Starting your day with your friends here is truly the best 😊

The place is very beautiful, especially the interior. It's located across from the Martesana, so in spring or summer it's a lovely place for an outdoor aperitivo.
I only tried breakfast, which wasn't bad, and for two croissants and two cappuccinos I paid €10. There's a vegan option for breakfast, which is a kind of pangocciole. I enjoyed the cardamom knot, a product that's hard to find in Italy.
The only downside is that we waited 25 minutes for the cappuccinos... Maybe it was because it was so crowded, but it seems excessive.

I had a very good breakfast there, the cardamom rolls were truly delicious. The place is cute and in a truly peaceful setting, the Martesana canal.
The service was a bit rude, but maybe they were just busy.

good craft beer, nice selection of wines. close to the Martesana, the less known canal in the northern part of Milano. an excellent neighborhood pub and a nice place to meet up with friends for a chat.

The bread and atmosphere were amazing, but the cream brioche was mediocre, the dough wasn't very soft, it was dry, and the flavor was disappointing.

One of my favorite places along the Martesana!
I return often, especially for lunch—especially during the week, when it's quite quiet. I've always found dishes with interesting combinations of ingredients, which change more or less weekly, cooked with high-quality ingredients, and a good selection of vegetarian options. It's true that prices have gone up compared to the past, but I still find the quality-price ratio very good. Their sourdough bread is also worthy of note, as are their homemade desserts and pastries (I loved both the pumpkin pie and the carrot cake). I recommend everyone to try this little place at least once. :)
