The restaurant is modern and elegant, the service was quick and the waiter was friendly. The food was good and well-cooked, although I prefer tuna pink on the inside, but it arrived overcooked. The menu is perhaps a bit pricey...

02/10/2025: While we did not stay at Al Barilotto, Giovanni treated us like family. We were staying a villa next door to Al Barilotto when our car scheduled to take us to Pompeii for the morning never showed up. We went to grab some breakfast next door and were greeted like close family. We ate some of the most delicious food while soaking in one of the best views on the Amalfi coast. Giovanni saw to every detail and spent time speaking with us about his hotel, family and the surrounding area. He then proceeded to connect us with a car service that not only showed up but arranged a private tour of Pompeii with an excellent guide on our ride back to Naples prior to our departure.Giovanni's warmth and hospitality was unmatched. I already know where I will be staying on my next trip to Positano!!

28/07/2023: Anni fa avevamo avuto una notevole esperienza positiva e quest'anno ne abbiamo avuto conferma. Boreto all'altezza, pesce alquanto fresco e ben preparato. Conto nella norma e servizio gradevole.
28/07/2023: Una cena semplice, ottimi i primi pesce fresco cucinato molto bene. Il servizio potrebbe migliorare. Purtroppo ci avevano già preparato il conto ..senza, chiederlo.
