I was in Vittoria during the Easter holidays and before leaving I went to this baker. I don't deny that I would have brought the entire shop to Trentino. Excellent almond pastries and desserts with ricotta, phenomenal focaccias with artichokes. Not to mention the excellent pandolce that I enjoy every morning for breakfast. If you were to pass through Vittoria, stock up on Tinghino. It's really worth it.

05/05/2025: Interesting experience: very good ricotta ravioli with pork sauce, nice choice of mixed starter, hot pizza dough "grissini" much appreciated! I got a "mixed roast" which is equivalent to grilled meat. The wine is good. Very nice owner!

05/06/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo bistrot dall'ambiente interessante. Intanto un "bistrot" a Scicli è già di per sé una.... particolarità. Ma al di là della denominazione ciò che abbiamo trovato. ....particolare è stato il menù. Tutto buono, tanto per chiarire, con piatti cucinati in maniera diversa ma non in danno al gusto: Polpo su fonduta ragusana, bocconcini di gamberi marinati con verdure grigliate, pesce spada verzato e, qualcosa assolutamente nuova per noi che venivamo dalla Campania, arancini al nero di seppia. Complimenti ai giovani gestori di questo ristorante.
