DOG SUPPLEMENT!! I've been a customer at Timbrek for a while, especially for dinner. I've always had a great experience, with a wide selection of dishes, especially the peppered mussels, all at very reasonable prices. As I expected, the owner is always very welcoming and has a wide smile. One Thursday evening in late August this year, I decided to dine out and head to Timebrek, ordering the peppered mussels, as I've always ordered. I arrived with my small dog (Jack Russell) and, as usual, I asked the owner's (young) son for a table in the corner, a bit isolated, as always, so as not to disturb any customers who didn't like the dog. Greeted and kindly served by the son and mom, I enjoyed my mussels and finished, I headed to the cashier to pay. I paid for my dinner, satisfied, and headed home. Putting the paper in my wallet, I pull out the receipt and read the one consumed with the last item before the total 3 euro surcharge for the dog. I was also disappointed because they never mentioned anything about the dog. The next day I decided to stop by to ask for an explanation of what happened, I called the honest lady outside the restaurant and asked why she added that 3 euro surcharge to my bill without ever notifying me. You can tell she replied, "I DON'T LIKE DOGS HERE." Honestly, I was disappointed not so much by the surcharge I would have paid to bring my dog, but by the lack of honesty in informing me! I've always trusted and never looked at the receipts when paying, I've always been happy with the dishes and what I paid!!! At this point, I wonder how many times they've done it? Plus, there's no sign prohibiting dogs at the entrance. A cheerful welcome, wide smiles, and then the dishonesty??? Mariano. I've never left my dog ​​unattended, either at your establishment or at any other establishment I frequent since I live in the area. I've never left dog mess, and I have hair on the tablecloths, neither at your establishment nor at any other establishment. I always try to be fair. I was never informed when I first visited your establishment about the free aluminum containers for the first few times and the ones to be paid for later, neither by the owner nor by my little one, especially since I always have my dog ​​with me. This 28-year-old restaurant is a family-run business. All of Xiao Jiang's Italian dishes are incredibly authentic. The seafood and other dishes are all very fresh. I recommend starting with some prosciutto and fritters. Then, you can try their seafood or lobster noodles.

Nice Italian restaurant near Porta Romana. The owners are Chinese but they own this place since 1995. The menù offers many classic Italian dishes and pizza. We had pasta with lobster, scampi and prawns and a homemade ravioli with zola sauce and crushed nuts. I can say they make Italian food better than many Italians😂 I’ve been back to this restaurant recently and the quality is still the same, fresh ingredients and good service. Really enjoyed the crudités plateau. Very recommended

I was passing by with my partner and we decided to try this place. The interior is a bit old-fashioned but cozy enough. The menu is really extensive (even too extensive XD) with several choices of both Italian and Chinese cuisine. On the recommendation of the guy who served us, we decided to try the pork tenderloin with roasted figs, fresh grilled pancetta, and strawberry jam. The sweetness of the figs and jam paired perfectly with the meat! To finish, we tried the house tiramisu, which was truly a final treat.

Excellent restaurant. Starting with the service, the owner's son served us and was very cordial from the moment we arrived until we left, very attentive to any missing items we needed. The food was excellent. We ordered mussels as a starter, risotto, and spaghetti with seafood, and everything was truly fresh, made in the best possible way, delicious. When we left, the owner came out to say goodbye and ask how our dinner went, and we thanked her very much for her kindness and good service. The prices are quite affordable. Highly recommended.

At first glance, this place doesn't seem like anything special, but it's been years and years of hard work behind it. The menu is varied, with classic dishes and some "modern" twists. They also offer Chinese cuisine, with excellent homemade ravioli and baozi upon request. The spaghetti with stracciatella, avocado, and red shrimp tartare are truly delicious. What I like is that they don't follow any trends like many restaurants in Milan these days, but rather focus on an almost home-style cuisine. I highly recommend trying it.

Found this place during a quite Sunday walking near Porta Romana. The place offer Italian cuisine primarily but it has a also a selection of Chinese dishes as surprisingly we found out it's owned by an Asian family. After ordered our dishes they gave us a homemade focaccia prepared in the wood oven with some rocket salad and tomatoes, very satisfying. We chose a fresh tagliolini with black truffle and spaghetti with zucchini’s cream and pancetta. Both dishes were outstanding, very fresh ingredients and so delicious. We finished taking also a homemade tiramisu, very creamy and tasty. We really appreciated the service by the young guy and his family.

I went there recently at the recommendation of some friends who frequent the place regularly. The atmosphere is a bit retro but pleasant. I had a plate of fresh seafood pasta at the recommendation of the guy who served me, and I have to say it was really filling! The seafood was delicious, really fresh! I'll be back to try more.

Very nice restaurant owned by a Chinese family since 1995. We had a delicious fresh pasta dish with lobster, clams and mussels and as second course a tuna fillets with pistachio granola fresh avocado and mango. Atmosphere was nice and service very kind. Very recommended

Food was good, staff and service was good and Atmosphere was fine, no issues. I would definitely recommend eating here.
