There are two places in the world where ice cream is poetry for the palate and Timballo is first in the ranking. The classic flavors are superlative, the consistency is always perfect, even the special flavors are very, very good, wild strawberries, almost impossible to find, they truly taste like freshly picked strawberries. The products are always very fresh and first choice, for example the fruit is only in season and is excellent.
Great attention to celiacs, they get the ice cream in the laboratory not from the counter, and the consistency is creamy like that of the ice cream on display.
All the ladies at the counter were very kind and attentive.

In my humble opinion it is without a doubt the best ice cream in all of Udine. I had the opportunity to taste both the more classic flavors and the more refined and innovative ones and I always found them all up to expectations. Hospitality, courtesy and availability are further strong points of the ice cream shop. Highly recommended!

This was the first ice cream shop where I had to take a number and wait a bit. But it was worth it because the ice cream tasted great. There is not only ice cream here, but also other sweets. The ice cream parlor has also won many awards!

Sono del mestiere, quindi so riconoscere un buon prodotto. Gelato spettacolare, le due signore gentilissime e simpatichr, prezzo in linea, porzione per pallina maggiore dei concorrenti.

Come da varie presentazioni in internet e sul loro sito effettivamente il gelato è veramente molto buono credo che sia il più buono che abbia trovato nel Friuli da l'isonzo fino a Tarvisio. Tuttavia anche se ho mangiato il miglior tiramisù di tutta la mia vita in formato gelato, un doveroso suggerimento mi sento di darlo: con il 30% di zucchero in meno avrete un maggior consumo una maggior salute per i clienti e un minor costo per voi. Siamo nell'epoca dove la glicemia è alta per tutti avvicinare un prodotto dolciario alla salute non solo è moderno ma saggio.
A parte questo veramente complimenti!
