I went with a colleague on Wednesday evening. An incredible place. I could have listened to the owner's stories for hours, so much so that I invited him to sit with us. A man with a culture and life experience that is hard to find. And what about the food? Delicious, quality ingredients, and authentic cuisine. I can't wait to go back. Maybe tonight, who knows...

The Vietnamese restaurant has a nice and familiar atmosphere. The staff are lovely. The portions are generous and the seasoning is decent.

Vietnamese food is rare in Europe, and since it was our last meal, we were really craving home-cooked food. The owner is from the South, but the dishes tasted authentically Northern Vietnamese, and were very much to our liking. Especially the beef and pickled cucumber soup; the refreshing taste of the cucumber and the sweetness of the tomatoes were truly memorable. I read some reviews from Italian guests, and like me, they don't like Chinese or European food. They feel the same way; it's difficult to have a shared culinary language if you're not from the same country. Therefore, my advice is that if you want to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine, proactively tell the owner so you can be served and sample what Vietnamese flavors are like. Otherwise, the restaurant will try to adapt the dishes to suit local tastes.

The restaurant is clean and the authentic Vietnamese dishes are very easy to eat.
