A very good overall experience.
The place is well-kept and clean, although it's often difficult to find a seat at lunchtime due to limited space.
There's a variety of flavors to choose from, from proteins to condiments to rice options. The portions are large, generally more generous than the pokeria I've tried in other areas.
The prices are in line with the market, so they're medium-high for a college student—definitely not something you'd eat at every day.
Perhaps the only criticism would be to improve the cashier service; a smile wouldn't hurt. Overall, however, the experience is very good, and it's the best pokeria in the area.
I dare say that this is the best poke in Rome, once you try it, this is the only thing that exists.

Of the many poke joints I've tried over the years, this undoubtedly represents the pinnacle of excellence. Not only for the quality of the ingredients, always fresh and carefully prepared, but above all for the overall balance of the offering. The variety of bases and toppings is extensive, thoughtful, and never overwhelming: each ingredient possesses character, yet manages to integrate harmoniously with the others. Nothing seems superfluous or contrived to impress. Instead, you sense a meticulous study of pairings and textures. And what's most striking is that, even when searching intently for any flaw, flaw, or improvement, you simply can't find it: every detail seems to have already reached its best possible form.

I go there every now and then with my daughter. She loves poke, and since it's close to home, I take her there every now and then. The place is nice and clean. The only downside is that it's small, so it's hard to find a table, but I recommend it.
