24/01/2025: An institution and a timeless place. I went to mudec for dinner on 01.22. I would like to start by saying that I do not consider myself capable of reviewing an institution like Bartolini at Mudec. However, dining immersed in this welcoming room adorned with important contemporary works was a fantastic experience. The expert hands of the kitchen that offers unexpected dishes with complex and never cloying flavors and various consistencies was a culinary journey that gave me the opportunity to try dishes known to me in interpretations unknown to me. From the aperitif with that taco with horseradish mayonnaise to the pigeon it was a crescendo of impeccable flavor intensities. Among the various dishes tried, the tacos with horseradish mayonnaise, the contemporary aubergine, the spiny artichoke and the pigeon liver stand out. Simply sublime. What can we say about the dining room staff, competent, attentive and thorough but never intrusive. They gave us the right breathing space between one course and another. Special thanks for the success of our evening goes to Paul, William and Gabriele who followed us along the way under the careful supervision of Edgardo and a special thanks to the sommelier Edoardo for recommending some superlative wines.

04/01/2025: Everything at Enrico Bartolini was wonderful and seamless. We had some of the best food and wine that we have had anywhere in the world!
