The VIU Terrace In Milano

Worth the review. From the moment we entered the hotel and their warm welcome and wonderful reception, to the speed of the more than wonderful service, the cleanliness of the room, and the insulation of the place! 👌 The walk is about 20 minutes to the Duomo.

For a 5 star hotel this hotel needs to do better on breakfast. They charge a titanium member 30 euros for a breakfast buffet that isn't even up to standards. I am willing to pay for a 30 euros breakfast but the lack of selection is so disappointing.

The VIU Hotel has been an amazing surprise. Everything has been perfect from the luxurious experience with it's rooms and facilities to the incredible staff that make you feel home. I can't recommend this place enough.

Exeptional Service from specifically Paul & Savo. They made our experience extremely better as the service they provided. We got an amazing 3x Upgrade to a Suite on our hotel room. Thank you and highly recommend this hotel to anyone with second thoughts!

Location is walking distance to China town, shopping and food. The rooms are very clean, modern and the service is great. I highly recommend it. The rooftop view is a must. Order a coffee sit and relax. The morning breakfast was also very good, with many options and great service.

Hotel VIU was the best 5 star I have ever stayed at! From the greeting when you walked in the front door to the employees looking sad when we left. 🙂 We only stayed 3 nights and one of them being Valentine's Day. They upgraded us to a suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The modern feel was beautiful. The room also had night lights at night so if you got up you could see. The espresso coffee maker was a nice feature. The bathroom had robes and slippers. All updated. On our 1st night they bought us fruit, cookies, & champagne. On Valentine's night they dropped off sparkling water and cookies. They went above and beyond our entire stay. Breakfast every morning was amazing with fresh fruit, juice, muffins, & eggs anyway you wanted them. On Valentine's Day we ate at the restaurant downstairs. The food was amazing. The bar had everything you could ask for. Our stay was the absolute best time. We will be back again. I would highly recommend Hotel Viu.
