The VIU Terrace In Milano

Hotel VIU was the best 5 star I have ever stayed at! From the greeting when you walked in the front door to the employees looking sad when we left. 🙂 We only stayed 3 nights and one of them being Valentine's Day. They upgraded us to a suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The modern feel was beautiful. The room also had night lights at night so if you got up you could see. The espresso coffee maker was a nice feature. The bathroom had robes and slippers. All updated. On our 1st night they bought us fruit, cookies, & champagne. On Valentine's night they dropped off sparkling water and cookies. They went above and beyond our entire stay. Breakfast every morning was amazing with fresh fruit, juice, muffins, & eggs anyway you wanted them. On Valentine's Day we ate at the restaurant downstairs. The food was amazing. The bar had everything you could ask for. Our stay was the absolute best time. We will be back again. I would highly recommend Hotel Viu.

Modern hotel with fantastic roof top in the heart of China Town in Milan

I stayed at this hotel this weekend with friends. New, designer hotel, equipped with all comforts and located in a strategic point, convenient to the center and a few meters from the tram stop. The room was very welcoming, tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. Breakfast is served on the top floor where there is a terrace with a swimming pool and you can enjoy an amazing view. I must say that it has an excellent choice of sweet and savory to satisfy all the palates of even the most demanding customers. I found all the staff very kind, helpful, professional and above all very prepared to satisfy all the customer's needs. Surely in the future if I have the opportunity to return to Milan I will return and I highly recommend it to everyone.

What can you say in the face of perfection? I think there are no words. An organization that has no equal, excellent cleanliness and a staff ready to satisfy the customer's needs. The tastefully furnished rooms with all the comforts and with a mini bar complete with everything and a machine for coffee, tea and herbal teas. The breakfast delighted my palate with everything I have tasted in a location on the top floor with a view over the whole of Milan. I met the Hotel Manager Francesca and all the staff. Kindness and thoughtfulness are the order of the day for them. In short, when you enter here you feel at home. I recommend everyone to stay here once in their life.

Clean rooms, rich breakfast buffet. Location next to tram stop into the city. But the highlight is the pool in the roof! A very good restaurant on the ground floor.

The Viu Milan has been spectacular! I’ve had the pleasure of spending 4 days here and am still enjoying every minute! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff has been fantastic. From my first step in the door I was greeted by the reservations manager Monica who welcomed me with open arms and we shared photos of our pets, she personally walked me to my room and greets me each time I come and go from the hotel! Beyond Monica the rest of the staff has followed suit. The bartenders are lovely all knowing me by name and sharing stories as I make friends with other guests. The food and drinks are delicious and prepared with much care and attention to detail. I will %100 be coming back when I visit Milan and highly recommended it ! Fabulous hotel feels like home ! A very fancy home ! 🩷
