I didn't have a great experience; the fries were more like zombies than fries. The waitress seemed like she was doing us a favor. If I had to choose, I wouldn't go back.

They made me feel pampered: 50 minutes late on the order. After apologizing for the delay due to a problem with the order, they sent us the order in a short time. The most appreciated thing, uncommon and never due, was the discount on the bill, again the apologies and also the coffees offered. A good review is the minimum for an exception that should be the rule of kindness and professionalism.
