I've been coming to The Rowing for lunch for years, and last Saturday I returned in the evening as well: absolutely confirmed! Isa and Tiziano are simply fantastic, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and that feeling of being at home that's worth more than anything. A place I always return to with pleasure—and every time I leave with a smile. Highly recommended! 🌟

A restaurant for athletes and non-athletes who spend hours at the gym or pool, just steps from the famous church of San Cristoforo and the Canottieri Milano. The location faces the Naviglio Canal, with modern architecture between the restaurant tables and the bar seating. 30/12/2025: Great experience, nice and welcoming place. The bathroom was a sore point, but that's okay. Super fair prices: for lunch, €13 includes a first course, second course, and side dish from your choice of three options for each course. It also includes still water, service charge, and bread with a portion of vegan mayonnaise. I had a great time :)
18/12/2025: This was such a cute find in Milan for a healthy, vegetarian brunch! Great service, cozy atmosphere but the menu was a challenge to decipher — still have no idea what I ordered. The table bread was beyond stale and the cooked array of vegetables were quite bland, flavorless. However, the true star of the show was the (hard to believe) vegan tiramisu — espresso-rich cake but airy, whipped cream! I still dream of it and will definitely be back for that sole dessert.

Special thanks go to the owner, Gerry, and Pasquale, the waiter, who, with their professionalism and kindness, were truly outstanding and made our stay even more special.
