Ospite dell'Hotel, ho organizzato qui una cena a sorpresa per il compleanno di mia moglie. Gruppo numeroso, diversi bambini, una persona con celiachia, diverse persone con gusti difficili: c'erano tutti gli elementi che avrebbero potuto far naufragare la serata. E invece hanno saputo accontentare tutti, con una cucina di stampo internazionale (ispirazioni asiatiche e sudamericane) fatta di sapori nuovi, freschi, sorprendenti. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un servizio attento, cortese e anche tollerante nei confronti di un gruppo così vario e difficile come il nostro. Prezzi inaspettatamente bassi per la qualità del cibo e la ricercatezza della cucina. Posto ampio, moderno e molto bello.

Bin nach einiger Zeit wieder zum Abendessen mit meiner Familie ins Lokal gegangen. Niemand hat uns den Platz angewiesen und wir haben 30 Minuten gewartet um die Bestellung aufzugeben. Personal nicht freundlich. Barservice war gut. Das Essen war immer gut. Preis Qualität nicht gut..da der Service nicht gut war.

I am now a regular customer of the Modernist restaurant in Trieste, where I have had lunch five or six times, and I must say that each visit has been a unique experience. The feature that struck me most is the continuous innovation: the menu changes every time, always offering new and surprising dishes. The fusion cuisine offered is a delight for the palate and the eyes. Each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail, both in terms of flavor and presentation. The attention and creativity of the chef is evident, as he manages to combine ingredients and flavors in a harmonious and original way

Excellent venue, in the heart of Trieste, with modern and comfortable environments. A little advice: the aperitif should be best accompanied with appetizers in line with the standards of Italian tradition.

Nice place, decent service. But for an aperitif what they offer is really very poor.
