This was the best tasting I have ever experienced. The food was great - taste, presentation, and even quantity. I usually leave tastings kind of hungry, but that was not the case at Glam. Great variety - really can’t even describe how good everything was. We did the tour of Italy wine pairings which were fantastic. Many times at other restaurants the wines paired with each plate are good and maybe bring out some of the flavors, but this was on a whole other level. The sommelier Octavio was the best - every pairing was nothing short of excellent. Can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was!

We enjoyed our evening at Glam so much, that I am happy to leave them a well-deserved 5 star review. The food met and exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor, originality and presentation. The sommelier was excellent, and made us feel welcome. If I could more than 5 stars, I would.

Truly exceptional service and creativity. We were delayed getting into Venice by train and the restaurant stayed open a little later, so they could honour our booking. The fabulous team curated a menu for us in the time we had left and it was incredible and very creative! Thank you so much.

This was the best dining experience we have ever had. The setting and atmosphere was perfect. The staff were amazing, really friendly and attentive and set you at ease. The food was out of this world and the presentation and attention to detail was outstanding. With each course, what you are about to eat is beautifully explained in great detail. If you allow them to match the wine for you, it will definitely enhance your experience, each wine is beautifully explained to you on where it comes from and how it will compliment the next dish. I had booked it for my wife's birthday and near the end they brought out a small cake with a candle, it was a really lovely touch. The whole experience lasted 4 hours, in a very private and relaxed atmosphere. It is an experience that will stay with my wife and myself for the rest of our lives. Amazing lunch. We had the Glam Classics menu which is 280 euros per person or (560 euros for two people) and wine pairing (there are a couple we chose the best one and that cost 980 euros but these wines are exquisite and truly exceptional). This place isn't inexpensive but you come here for an unforgettable experience. We came here to celebrate my 50th birthday and we were not disappointed. Tip: bring cash as they can't add tip in Italy and you don't want to stiff your wonderful servers (there is nearby ATM along a nearby street if you forget just ask server) Davide Bravetti, Food & Beverage Manager, was in contact with us before our visit and the whole staff were amazing!

Glam is a fantastic dining experience, imbedding creativity and uniqueness into amazing dishes. Our sommelier Ottavio was the absolute best and made our meal personable and very enjoyable! Great value here with all of the Chef’s welcome and send off dishes, if you’re looking for the best in cuisine you should definitely come here.

This restaurant provided us with a magical experience. The restaurant looks gorgeous with a beautiful garden outlook. Every element of the crockery, cutlery, glassware and linens is carefully selected for maximum visual appeal. The service is warm, personal and exceptional. Every effort is made to make the guest feel appreciated- we are gluten free and this was accommodated superbly. The food is spectacular- in presentation AND taste. Not just clever but truly delicious. Every dish creates the desire to lick the plate clean!!! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. We enjoy fine dining but sometimes a Michelin star restaurant can be disappointing. Glam puts the M into Michelin!!!
