Absolutely amazing. Service was impeccable, the wine pairing honestly one of if not the most intelligent ones I’ve had (bravissimo Ottavio!) and the food was truly spectacular (Grazie Donato!)

Magnificent culinary experience and unique moment.
Everything is designed for the senses and well-being.
The staging, the refined, delicate and extremely fine dishes, the choices of sommelier Ottavio in harmony with the dishes, the delicate but not obsequious service, ensure that you will have a magical moment full of emotions.
You will sometimes eat with your fingers, it's regressive and simply magical.
A big thank you to the chef, his brigade and the entire team in the dining room.
It will remain a great moment and I will remember these culinary emotions!!!!
One of the most beautiful tables of my life as a culinary epicurean!!
If you have the opportunity: go for it!!

Anyone that doesn't rate this place 5 stars has no appreciation for quality and service. I was completely blown away by the food and hospitality. I will bring family back to enjoy experience.

On the occasion of the usual moment of sharing haute cuisine with passionate friends, we chose IL GLAM. Having gone to Venice specifically for the experience, we are in total agreement that we are faced with cuisine of the highest level.
Chef Donato guided us on a sublime journey. Must mention
Ottavio, the sommelier and maitre d'.
Two very confirmed stars, the third star is not too far away.

We loved enjoying the flavors of each of the dishes. All very well thought out, prepared and taking great care of the details. Some very original dishes. Very special and exquisite wines. The service, excellent. Very friendly and with great professionalism. It has been an experience that we will not forget. Thank you so much.
