The Florence Foodie In Firenze

Beautiful experience: large and comfortable rooms, central location in the heart of Florence, there is also the possibility of reserving a parking space in the hotel car park, great availability. I'll be back!

Everything perfect, nice and clean room but check out is held hostage by an employee who is late so the reception is closed and there are 30 of us waiting for him since 3pm. Absurd.

Penthouse Suite with an unmissable view of the Duomo and Signoria. The room is divided over two floors. The one below is very hot... the one above is cool (given the size of the room and the old fixtures, it is difficult to heat it all up) Comfortable bed, a little old tub. Services are a little lacking, sugar and tea bags are missing. And in general, being a Suite, bathrobes and slippers are expected. At the reception Nasy was very kind, friendly, cute and ready to lend a hand. The plus, however, remains the absolutely dreamlike view.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, clean and modern, excellent service from the receptionists.

Nice location, clean and very spacious room. Not noisy. I used the bus from the main station. I’m going to book it if I visit Florence in the future!

Great location, quick to all attractions. Very spacious apartment for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast selection was manageable but sufficient; if something was eaten, it was brought back straight away. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled our wishes and concerns immediately. Any time!!

7 of us stayed in one of the suites of this fantastic hotel. The room was clean, huge and with all possible comforts. Furthermore, it is a 5 minute walk from the city center: the position is therefore strategic for reaching all the beauties that the city offers. Breakfast isn't bad either: it is served at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Based on the experience I had, I definitely recommend this facility. 🤗

Check-in was quite fast for Italy, thanks for that. Cleanliness in the toilet/shower was 4 out of 10, there were a lot of stains around the toilet and the toilet brush was dirty, in some places you could see mold around the shower. In the kitchen the chairs were dirty with crumbs/in the cabinets the dishes were covered with black dots due to humidity, everyone washed them to use them . Thank you for the clean, fresh towels and bed linen! 👍But the bed linen lay separately, that is, we had to make the blankets ourselves. The cafe where breakfast was provided did not cope with its task. If you know that quite a lot of guests have arrived at the hotel, then in the morning everything should be ready by the hour at which breakfast is announced. There was very little cheese and ham on the dish (the rest of the food was prepared during the process, instead of something to be prepared in advance), there was no butter at all, that is, the toast was dry. The croissants were quickly sold out and we had to wait 10 minutes for the next batch, but there was a good selection of croissants with jam, cream, classic and chocolate👍 The coffee machine leaves much to be desired: it works very slowly and the waiters periodically added coffee beans and milk. We should have thought about this in advance. The line for coffee was huge. Good location, close to shops, cafes and main attractions. In general, the impression is twofold.

It is a comfortable place to visit Florence with your family.

We only spent one night but the apartment was really very nice and well adapted to today's needs, one flaw was that some of the single beds had mattresses that were really too thin. Breakfast included in the bar located next to the building, the only thing being that it is a public bar, it is better to go for breakfast around 9am otherwise you risk finding what is left (brioche I mean). Overall very nice, recommended.
