Friendly and fast service. We asked for a change for our 5-year-old daughter's dinner, and they accommodated us with kindness and availability. This place continues to be a great place to stay, even after years. Well done!!

Very nice atmosphere, very good food and a nice selection of beers

Even though we arrived very late and without a reservation, the staff welcomed us extremely kindly. The atmosphere was lovely, the drinks were excellent, and the bathrooms were spotless (which isn't a given!). A small final oversight about the coffees, but completely understandable given the really late hour!

Out of this world, like the sandwich!

The burgers were very good, but a half-raw burger was unacceptable, as it poses a SERIOUS potential health risk. The center, moreover, still tasted frozen.

And then there's Simone, the genuine and genuine soul of the place. More than a manager, he is, as I like to call him, a true healthy carrier of goodness for the palate. A person who exudes passion for what he does and who makes the place even more special with his hospitality and energy. In a city full of places that promise too much but deliver too little, The Factory is one of the very few places where quality is real, concrete, and sincere. If you love well-made food, the real thing, the kind that makes you say, "Now that's a burger," then The Factory isn't just a place to eat: it's a must-see.
