Award-winning and well-known place in the city. Definitely worth trying once in your life as I doubt you will find something similar around. Menu including many egg-based dishes, the ingredient that the restaurant and the chef have decided to put "at the center" of attention. The value for money is incredible. Compared to what you pay you will have tastes of excellent dishes, thought out and studied at length. The only flaw in our evening was perhaps the internal temperature of the place (and a small note made on the napkin at the end of the evening xD). Highly recommended.

TOP AND GREAT TASTE at a winning cost. We cooked a risotto learning such a simple but so good technique. And without paying for the risotto service, YOU MUST OPEN OTHERS IN ITALY

I got a too good to go, of course, you'll see what happens. The dish was also good, but the starting price for vegetables and 1 hard-boiled egg seems excessive to me. More than acceptable with the discounted price and in a suitable container. But there was a piece of shell in the boiled egg, you should pay more attention.

Serata tra amici al TheEgg. Che dire… non sono mai stato amante delle uova… eppure ho apprezzato con gusto il menù pensato dallo chef. Location informale, ambiente piacevole. Caserta dei vini sontuosa, con diverse scelte anche economiche. Complimenti ai giovani ragazzi della cucina. Toccherà provare anche il Birichin!

Simpatica esperienza, ottima cena e prezzo giusto! Il The Egg è il bistrot del confinante ristorante Il Birichin (primo stellato a Torino). Locale molto bello, 20ina di coperti non di più con cucina a vista. Lo chef e lo staff accoglienti e simpatici. Consiglio il menù a 35€ con 5 piatti dove l'uovo è il protagonista + un primo (risotto o pasta). Se si sceglie il risotto, lo si può cucinare da soli con la guida dello chef. Ci tornerò!
