This award-winning restaurant is well-known in the city. Definitely worth a try, as I doubt you'll find anything like it anywhere else. The menu features many egg-based dishes, the ingredient the restaurant and chef have decided to put front and center. The value for money is incredible. For what you pay, you get a sampling of excellent dishes, carefully thought out and developed. The only downside to our evening was perhaps the temperature inside the restaurant (and a small note on the napkin at the end of the evening xD). Highly recommended.

Cena con esperienza indimenticabile al Bistrot The Egg.
Abbiamo prenotato la cena e cucinato assieme allo chef Nicola che con stile e cordialità ci ha guidato nella preparazione di una ricetta per la realizzazione di un buonissimo risotto vegetale.
Lo chef Nicola è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel condividere alcuni dei suoi segreti facendoci sentire come degli ospiti.
Ottima serata davvero unica e originale. Consigliatissima..!!

Certamente un posto dove tornare. Lo Chef sempre garbato e gentile con la passione per il suo lavoro. Abbiamo preso un menù di 5 cicchetti con un primo a prezzo competitivo. Da segnalare qualità dei prodotti, la mise en place, la cura del dettaglio, ma chiaramente una menzione speciale alle uova, e all'originalità della preparazione e varietà. Consigliatissimo!A+++

I ordered a "too good to go" order, of course, you get what you pay for.
The dish was also good, but I think the starting price for vegetables and a hard-boiled egg is excessive. More than acceptable with the discounted price and in a suitable container.
However, there was a piece of shell in the hard-boiled egg; more attention should be paid.
