The Court Cocktail Bar In Roma

This place was not my scene at all. If you liked SatC and are into ‘doing it for the ‘gram’ well then, this is a must do. Glorious views of the coliseum are guaranteed, as are insipid lounge music and hoochie-mammas showing side boob at least a decade too late. The cocktails are more show than delicious drinks - with smoked glasses and intricate garnishes that would be right at home at Benihana. The hors d’oeuvres are, by contrast, lovely. If you don’t have 120€ burning a hole in your pocket then give The Court a pass. Reservations are a must (as are fancy clothes #eyeroll).

This place (attached to the Michelin star restaurant, Aroma) was amazing! It’s not rooftop, although it pops up as one when you Google “rooftop bars”. It’s more so just an outside balcony/lounge. It’s very clean, classy, amazing drinks, amazing view of the Colosseum and friendly staff. The only thing I would warn you is the way they do their reservations. When you make a reservation on line, they take your card info in case you miss your reservation they’ll charge you I think $75. Also, we came 15 mins early and the policy is you have to wait outside in a line until your reservation time is there. So, it looks like there’s a line but really you’re just not allowed to wait inside. This place is so nice, I didn’t mind waiting outside at all. If you’re in Rome, check this place out.

Too exclusive for what it really is. I don't mind paying €27 for a cocktail (they're all worth that, even the wine glasses...) But it's not as surprising as they say. Of course the location is excellent and the views are very good. But I still don't understand why this place is in such demand if it's nothing special in terms of cocktails and food.

Great view on dirty plates! Thanks a lot, you waste my time Ps.: I arrived up 10 minutes before my reservation time(21:00), was second in line to get in, but got my first drink only at 21:31 (on my third try) the cocktail was good, but that was it. I was given a seat at the bar, not next to it but right at the waiter station. Every dirty plate and glass was passed under my nose, twice my cocktail was almost dropped on me by waiters. Terrible experience… and considering that in order to get such a "wonderful experience" I booked a seat and a wait time in advance - it's just a mockery.

The views from the terrace are wonderful, the cocktails can be a bit expensive (€27) but they come with some snacks and we must not forget the location, which is unbeatable and a unique experience; The service was friendly and professional.

Excellent service and the view is terrific if you get a good table. I still recommend it nonetheless.

Nous avions réservé sur les conseils d'un ami et après avoir visité le Colisée en journée nous avons terminé par cet endroit agréable ou vous êtes face au Colisée en dégustant un excellent breuvage. Original comme concept mais trop stricte sur l'horaire. Nous sommes arrivés à 16h45 et avons du attendre 1/4 d'heure dehors. Pas top pour 1 tel établissement. Pour le reste c'était parfait.
