Pleasant and well furnished environment; two sandwiches, smash double and pulled pork, mouth-watering, with the possibility of accompanying them with a truly wide choice of local beers for all tastes. Nice and very friendly service from young people in power! We ate and drank very well, we left satisfied and enthusiastic about the evening with the intention of returning soon, perhaps for one of the evenings of entertainment offered on Thursday evenings! Well done!!!

The Cave in Gallarate turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for an evening with friends or a dinner as a couple. We started with a sample of fried potatoes and battered vegetables, both crunchy and tasty. Even though they were frozen, the quality was undeniable and the cooking was impeccable. As for the sandwiches, we were very satisfied. The double smash burger was well balanced, while the panelle sandwich was a great alternative for those looking for a vegetarian option. The real star of the evening was the vast selection of craft beers. The staff's advice was invaluable in guiding us in our choice and we greatly appreciated their expertise. The Nutella cheesecake was delicious, although it wasn't your typical baked cheese cheesecake. A small detail that we particularly appreciated were the signs inviting people not to smoke immediately outside the entrance, demonstrating the care that the place takes in ensuring a pleasant environment for all customers. In conclusion, The Cave is a place we highly recommend. The food is good, the beer is great and the service is friendly. An experience to repeat!
