Let's start with the positives: the food is good quality and the place is very nice, even if some tables are dimly lit. Unfortunately, the service is the sore point. I hope this review helps improve the situation. The wait staff are rude, probably because they aren't properly trained: they address customers without ever saying "thank you" or "please" (for example: "Can you pass me the plates?"). I understand that the workload can be heavy, but it's unacceptable to wait tables while sulking, as if they were doing us a favor. At least a smile would be appropriate when taking orders. I popped in today after a half hour walk to find it thinking I’ll treat myself to a nice fillet mignon this evening. What was clear is that this is not a butcher Honestly I don’t know how this place can be called a “Butcher Shop”. Not only did they not have any fillet, they had no sirloin or even rump. The only offer on show was what looked like top side for roasting and a few pork fillets. I’d give it one star but for the fact that it’s probably better known as a restaurant but maybe they should just stick to doing the burgers

The only drawback is the long wait for the fries due to the slow fryer, a problem that needs to be addressed given the nature of the establishment.

I went there today and they were very polite and kind to me. I really liked the sandwich because it was filthy, as I say. The only flaw is that if they manage, or if they could, I would add something extra to add more variations. Otherwise, it was beautiful and highly recommended.

Great experience and fabulous burger with multiple toppings to the burger without extra charges. I had a small beef burger with egg, cheese, grilled onion, eggplant, mushrooms, tomato and lettuces. We had a side of French fries made from raw potatoes, not frozen and were best I’ve had in years. Yummy.
