I've been to The Butcher on Via Michele di Lando in Rome and I have to say it was a truly excellent experience. It's a welcoming place, with attention to detail and a pleasant atmosphere. The meat is excellent quality, cooked to perfection, and served with great attention to detail. The side dishes and burgers are also truly worth it: tasty, plentiful, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Definitely a must-try in Rome for meat lovers! 🔝🥩

I went there today and they were very polite and kind to me.
I really liked the sandwich because it was filthy, as I say.
The only flaw is that if they manage, or if they could, I would add something extra to add more variations.
Otherwise, it was beautiful and highly recommended.

Tourists in the Piazza Bologna area, this place has friendly, helpful, and fast staff.

The sandwiches are very good, although the staff made a mistake and didn't include the egg I'd listed in the ingredients! Otherwise, the idea of customizing your sandwich to your liking is original, and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant!

The is incredible restaurant has the best burgers you will find in Roma! Fresh meats and fries made exactly the way you love with 20 or more add on with no extra cost! Service is exceptional and I can’t wait to return to this fabulous restaurant! It’s truly is a most stop if your in Roma.

Great experience and fabulous burger with multiple toppings to the burger without extra charges. I had a small beef burger with egg, cheese, grilled onion, eggplant, mushrooms, tomato and lettuces.
We had a side of French fries made from raw potatoes, not frozen and were best I’ve had in years. Yummy.

A simple place with table service and fair prices: you only pay for the size of the meat. You can create your own sandwich with a wide selection of meats, cheeses, vegetables, and sauces. The ingredients and cooking are excellent, and overall, they're light. Recommended.

A good solution: you pay only by weight of meat (which you can also mix between chicken, pork, beef, sausage, and turkey) in the 150g, 200g, 300g, or 500g options, and you can add any other ingredients without paying extra. The meat is excellent quality, given that the place is a retail butcher shop during the day.
