There are various weights. Very good. Fast service and clean place. Too bad that despite the air conditioners being on it was too hot. As for the sandwiches, highly recommended

The idea is good: you can freely compose your own burger by choosing the cut of meat (even combining different meats) and the different ingredients. The choice is large, the quality of the ingredients seems high, the service moves very quickly and the prices are great. As for the sandwich I got, however, I honestly hoped for better: the meat (mixed beef and patanegra) was so lean that it was dry, and the flavor of the sandwich came more from the other ingredients than from the meat itself. More beautiful than good... All things considered, however, it was a positive experience, and I would return to perhaps try a different type of meat or combination.

I have it at home, I ate there a lot before COVID and I wasn't crazy about both the quality and the cooking of the bacon and burgers. I went back a few days ago and the quality of the food together with the skills in the kitchen don't seem to have changed. Normal hamburger shop, without infamy and without praise. As for the positive things: Their strong point is definitely the autonomous choice of everything you want to eat, including 2 different types of meat. I recommend putting more trained people in the kitchen and using quality raw materials. Lastly, I would say to pay those who work there more because there is always a coming and going of staff who changes quickly and there is never an Italian in the kitchen. So alas I won't be going back for a long time, and I'm not the only one, I know many other people who don't frequent this place for these reasons.
