The experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious mussel soup and a truly superb fresh pasta with clams. Mr. Antonio, who welcomed us with great kindness and cordiality, was able to advise us on the best dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Last night my husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Ambasciatori on Via del Bersagliere, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted with rare kindness: genuine smiles, attention to detail, and a delicate service that made us feel pampered throughout the evening. My compliments to all the staff and the maître d', professional yet warm and authentic. The presentation of the dishes was also splendid, crafted with elegance and taste. We chose two exceptional fish-based starters: I had spaghetti with lobster, which was simply unforgettable. I honestly believe I've never tasted such good spaghetti with lobster: just the right amount of cream, flavorful yet delicate, with perfectly cooked lobster of undeniable quality. My husband, on the other hand, chose a truly excellent seafood starter, rich in flavor and beautifully cooked. The sea urchin bruschetta and the perfectly cooked hot cappuccetti were also delicious. It was a dinner that gave us a wonderful feeling, made not only of excellent food, but also of the atmosphere, attention to detail, and passion for this work. One of those evenings that stay in your heart. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

5 stars aren't enough to express how much we enjoyed ourselves. On May 10, 2026, we decided to celebrate our birthday at the Ambasciatori restaurant, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and plentiful. The service was impeccable, all handled by the owner, Silvio Massaro. All the guests complimented us on the evening, and we'd like to pass it on to the entire staff who made this unforgettable experience possible. Thank you to all of you, especially Massaro Silvio.

We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The location is truly beautiful, and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. We'll definitely be back.

Recommended restaurant; I'd heard good things about it, tried it, and approved. The service is excellent like few others, a trend that's becoming increasingly rare in the restaurant industry. The maitre d' will look after you and give you impeccable advice. Simple, excellent traditional cuisine, everything fresh. An experience worth repeating.
