From 12/24/2024 to 12/27/2024 - Family of 4 people. Owners, Alberto, Stefania and the little dog Milù, extremely welcoming and helpful. Family environment, clean and quiet. Excellent location for visiting the most famous places in Umbria. Well organised, plentiful and very good Christmas lunch. Highly recommended for peace, tranquility, homemade breakfasts and an excellent location.

we were their guests for a day on a short weekend with a camper in the lands of San Francesco... welcomed familiarly by the very nice owner, Mr. Alberto who explained to us the meticulous restoration of the farmhouse brought back to its ancient medieval splendor..... small and comfortable rest area with electricity connection and possibility of loading and unloading water.... we booked for dinner and were struck by the kindness of the cook who offered us a gastronomic tour of local specialties revisited with delicacy and skill.... and to finish in the morning a fabulous breakfast... p.s. we purchased a can of oil produced by them which we had enjoyed at dinner on pieces of bread..... a heartfelt thank you with the certainty of a soon return... to Majora

I stayed with family and friends at this very nice establishment for the All Saints weekend. Located a stone's throw from the center of Spello, it is welcoming and clean. Friendliness and kindness of the owners Alberto and Stefania and of all the staff always attentive to the needs of the customers. Excellent cuisine. . I rediscovered ancient flavors. My wife and I stayed at this property last June to see the Spello flower display. we stayed in one of the special camper pitches that the campsite offers (there are about 8 if I remember correctly), with a 220v electricity connection. my camper is approximately 7.6 meters long and I stayed in the stall without making any particular manoeuvres. the owner Alberto is a truly kind and super nice person, he gave us all the information to visit the town and what's more, on the evening of the flower festival he personally took us in his car to the city and picked us up (it's a service he makes available at his own will so the return time is set at 11pm). one evening we took advantage of the farmhouse restaurant for a fixed menu dinner based on local products, we paid around 40 euros each for two complete menus + a bottle of wine which we didn't finish at dinner but Alberto allowed us to take in the camper. highly recommended place. we will be back.

We stayed 3 nights at this farmhouse, splendid location, relaxation accompanied not only by the view but by the large swimming pool. Special thanks go to the cook who introduced us to the culinary traditions of Umbria with typical dishes. Greetings to Alberto, the true master of the house, and to little Milu.
