Frozen seafood appetizers preserved in oil. Linguine full of oil. Seafood pasta full of oil but tasty. Desserts inedible. Fried fish generous and average. Pasta with tomato sauce acceptable.

Pizza at lunchtime, excellent Atruca at the Vatican Gate. Quality dough and ingredients. I recommend it. I'm passing through for my wedding anniversary.

The best fish steaks in Tropea at great prices and a beautiful view. We went here regularly in June and will come back in October... I hope they will be open with the same menu. You simply cannot miss it in Tropea.

Really enjoyed my late lunch here. Service and price was great, and food was delicious. Just what I needed after a long day travelling.

Even though the Google reviews aren't great, I'll be objective and say I was really happy 👍… it was delicious and we didn't need a reservation. Even though the staff had a shared meal, that didn't stop them from taking my order. The super homey Italian atmosphere also gave me a sense of satisfaction 😉… okay for me 👍… ps. The fish were delicious 😋…

We had spaghetti bolognese, it was very good. Aperol and bruschetta excellent. There are just so many people serving that you don't understand. About 10 people took turns at our table during dinner. Some children too. Probably a family business. But the prices and food are good.

We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance. We were tired and hungry after a long journey, our first time in Tropea, and we didn't have time to get our bearings. I, too, give a lot of weight to reviews, but sometimes, despite negative opinions, I like to try something. In this case, I read them while waiting for our food. I'm quite picky about food; it doesn't matter if it's a Michelin-starred restaurant or not, as long as it's fresh and well-packaged. There were two of us, and we immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean, and the staff was friendly. We were served professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. There were several tables occupied, but it wasn't crowded (this is early September). In about ten minutes, we had a lovely plate of seafood linguine in front of us, cooked just al dente, with a flavorful sauce, generously topped with clams, mussels, shrimp, octopus, and baby cuttlefish. The paccheri with eggplant and swordfish sauce was also very good, and the fish was fresh. We browsed other people's dishes and I must say they looked great; I saw only satisfied customers. In my experience, the prices are fair. We'll definitely be back...and we'll confirm what we said before!

We stopped by this little restaurant for lunch and it was amazing! The pasta was absolutely delicious – real Calabrian pasta. The pizza was also very tasty. The staff were very nice and friendly, which made our meal even better. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Super delicious, fresh food and great, attentive service. We'll definitely be back
