Simply spectacular! La Terrazza della Val d’Orcia offers an unforgettable experience: a breathtaking view of the valley, accompanied by authentic Tuscan dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. The Pici cacio e pepe pasta stands out for the quality of the pasta and its perfect cooking, but the extra touch is the addition of truffle, which pairs perfectly, making the dish indescribable. Unfortunately, several traditional dishes and some ingredients were sold out, which is why we were unable to enjoy some dishes. The service is courteous and attentive, with attention to animals as well. Prices are average for the area. The waits are a bit long, but this is something that can be worked around. I recommend booking for lunch or an aperitif because in the evening the landscape is dim, almost invisible, and the restaurant's location would not be fully exploited. The only real flaw in our dinner was that the kitchen closed without warning or asking if we still wanted to order, especially considering they'd told the waiters we wanted to take our time and possibly order meat as well. However, it was still a lovely experience. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxing lunch, highly recommended.

I live in the center of Florence. This restaurant can survive well in Florence. The food is delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the waiters are very professional. My first meal here was Latte di Luna. It gave me a bad impression of the city. After coming here, my opinion changed. I went there again the next day... It was really good.

A wonderful view, good food and friendly staff

We dined on the terrace, the view is beautiful. Excellent cuisine, top-quality ingredients, beautifully presented dishes. Attentive, precise service, and the staff are exceptionally kind. They deserve 10 stars.

We went here after our wedding, in our wedding attire, for our first dinner as a married couple. The food was good, the view incredible. However, we were a little disappointed with the staff and the service: they weren't rude, but they didn't take personal care of us. No congratulations, not even offering us coffee or anything else, it seemed a bit robotic. That personal touch was missing.

I went here for lunch. The location was really beautiful and the food was excellent! As a celiac, I really appreciated the option of having the entire menu gluten-free. I had a great time and highly recommend it.
