Good evening, I don't want to be too mean, but I, who have a long experience in this profession, think I am credible. Supermarket lighting...to be banned, no salt and pepper on the table 🤔, don't offer parmesan with my ravioli 🤔, but don't ask me how to cook my filet di Manzo for €29, served just hot, and I'm not going to talk about the potatoes as a side dish. Well, not too disappointed overall, since it's a professional stopover address and therefore brief. Oh and not being able to eat outside during this summer 😔
