As usual we often go to the Terrazzo Costantino restaurant and it amazes us every time!.....A cuisine that goes beyond what is classic....a unique taste from every point of view. The strictly local ingredients or in any case from our territory are exalted in a unique way by the hands of the chef. A guarantee for those who want to experience unique emotions with food! Then the restaurant is a gem... in a town nestled among the Madonie mountains which offers spectacular landscapes! All seasoned, as I was saying, with the chef's passion for cooking who creates unique culinary journeys. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptional experience from all points of view: the context of the town of Sclafani, with the fog, the greenery and the smell of burning wood among the stone streets, the courteous and warm service, the splendid gastronomic research of the chef, who manages to create masterpieces with a local raw material of the highest level, far from pollution and industrial processes. I spent the evening of December 31st with friends at Terrazza Costantino, after skiing in the Madonie mountains. We couldn't end 2024 in a better way. Terrazza Costantino is a simple and refined place, it smells of home and elegance at the same time. Everything we ate highly met our expectations, from the aperitif to the dessert. A beautiful dinner, with its courses and choice of wines, accompanied us until midnight. The cannelloni and the stracotto are unforgettable, but also the choice of breads, the intermezzo of cheeses and the final apple strudel. Impossible not to return. Thank you so much for the welcome!!!
