A meal of clouds in the Sicilian sky From Cefalù you meander along winding roads that will take your breath away, and not just because of the hairpin bends, green valleys, and a view that would make even the gods blush. There, high in the mountains, where the air is thin and the silence thick, lies a restaurant that you would expect to find in a fairy tale rather than on Google Maps. You sit down on the terrace of Terrazza Costantino at a height where clouds are not above you, but next to you. And before you are even properly seated, it begins: a parade of works of art on porcelain. An amuse here, a whispered explosion of taste there. You taste Sicily, but at star level, without it having lost its peasant soul. The wines? Layered and exciting. No thirty-page wine list here, but a selection that perfectly complements all dishes. And then the bill… While you rub your belly and your heart is full, you receive the receipt. And you look again. And again. Not because it's high, but because you think they forgot to write down a course or four. You won't find a price-quality ratio like that anymore. So, are you a bit of a Burgundian, do you have a steering wheel and are not in a hurry? Then drive up that mountain. And if you think they're asking too little for so much happiness, just give an extra tip. Because places like that should continue to exist.

This restaurant is great! Delicious food in a special place. The chef and the waiter are very friendly and passionate. Come here with a lot of appetite because there is enough food!

We had dinner as a couple on 05/07/2025 recommended by a friend. What can I say? An exciting journey into the world of Sicilian flavors. Refined cuisine with zero km products, genuine and satisfying for the eyes and the palate. The tasting menu makes you rediscover the flavors of our land, satiating and inebriating you at the same time. The wines offered are also excellent, always Sicilian. Congratulations to Giueppe Costantino for having bet on a niche cuisine to offer in his home town, of only 291 inhabitants and congratulations also to his cousin for the excellent service offered, for the competence and kindness shown at all times to customers. Highly recommended.

Ma a Terrazza Costantino è presente un'opportunità che altrove non troverai... LO CHEF Giuseppe Costantino, che con la sua passione e la sua genialità rende un pasto UNICO! GRAZIE!

Great place, with excellent cuisine, a very carefully selected tasting menu with a huge number of flavors, wonderful interpretations/reinterpretations of different dishes, and very nice Chef Giuseppe Constantino and one of the servers (when we were there were only two of them), Such outstanding places should be supported very much, especially considering the location of Sclafani Bagni - a small mountain village/small city with a rather difficult access. Absolutely 10 on a scale from 0 to 10. I highly recommend it.
