The drinks are good, and small snacks are included in the price, which is a nice bonus. However, you have to expect very long waits – both for a seat and for service. The staff often seem overwhelmed, which isn't surprising given the high volume of visitors (especially many tourists), but it's a shame. In summer, the terrace is extremely hot because there's hardly any shade – which can unfortunately make your stay a bit unpleasant. In conclusion: A truly beautiful location with a great view, ideal for that typical Aperol moment. Those who go should bring time, patience, and a heat tolerance.

Such a vibe! The atmosphere is amazing, and the fact that you get snacks with your drinks is just the cherry on top.

The table wasn't cleaned and was dirty. Service was friendly at times. A nice view but expensive (Aperol Spritz €21), even a Coke costs €11.

Beautiful view with the Duomo next to it... the terrace is very simple but excellent... The waiters are normal in the service, the cost is normal that it is a bit high... Friendly staff. The bathroom is included in the consumption, but if you need it you have to pay and they are not totally the best..but no negative notes. I always tell the truth

We had to wait a long time. The cocktails were too expensive. €21 for an Aperol Spritz. We wouldn't even pay that much in Switzerland.

Location fantastica per turisti, Davanti al Duomo e con vista sulla piazza. Prezzi adeguati alla location, abbastanza tranquilla. Personale nella media Da milanese Mi aspettavo di meglio dal Aperol spritz , troppo ghiaccio e poco saporito. Molto curato e buono il piazzo di accompagnamento compreso nel prezzo
