We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. We had lunch dinner, and breakfast at their Terrazza 241, and had the most amazing experience. The staff treated us with a lot of respect, and ensured the experience would be perfect. Dinner was a special early birthday celebration and it was simply unforgettable.

I wasn't entirely satisfied with the customer service due to a mix-up: as a very demanding person, I expect greater attention in a setting of this caliber. I advise the wait staff to always ask for confirmation from more experienced staff if they're unsure of the information they're providing.

Pomodorini pasta was the best.
Lobster spaghetti was fine.
Skip the risotto.
Steak filet stole the show.
Servers were attentive and quick. Spoke great English. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Ambiance is 5 star. Guy was literally playing a live sax. Views are next level

Servers were nice. The view is really pretty. The cocktails taste great.
However, they took pretty long to get our food to us. The pasta was undercooked. My tuna was overcooked. And they forgot about our burrata and changed us for it.

Came for the view and an evening drink. Enjoyed tasty tidbits and the atmosphere. Bartenders attended to our needs swiftly and with a smile. The hostess was lovely, friendly and accommodating. The drinks and tasty treats offered were top-notch. The cost was reasonable. The views...outstanding. Loved it here and would return again for dinner another time.

Roof terrace is the restaurant (inside and outside seating) with the best views over Como City and Lake Como. Elegant but casual. We come here every year even if we don’t stay at the Hilton.
