I have been going to this restaurant for years, it is one of my favorites. The meat is very good, as are the side dishes and the first courses. Not to mention the desserts.

Huge selection of meat and extensive wine list. Special mention for the Wagyu, not easy to find in the area. The Rubia Gallera is also excellent. Very respectable barbecue place, prices a little high but when you eat quality meat you take it into account.

Beautiful traditional place, a bit hidden from the tourist streets. The food was very tasty and felt authentic. I especially recommend the “Tegame di contorni misti della Tradizione” — full of rich, local flavors. Nobody spoke English, so be ready to point at the menu, but that just made the experience feel more real.

03/05/2025: Ho assaggiato due varianti: un panino con pulled pork, hamburger, cheddar, cipolla caramellata e bacon croccante, e un burrito con più o meno gli stessi ingredienti, ma senza hamburger. Il panino era ricco e gustoso, con un bel contrasto tra la dolcezza della cipolla e la sapidità del bacon, mentre l’hamburger aggiungeva sostanza. Ma il vero protagonista è stato il burrito: spettacolare. Il pulled pork era talmente morbido e succoso che si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Un equilibrio perfetto tra sapori intensi e consistenze cremose. RITORNEREMO SICURAMENTE!!

I peccati di gola L'arte del gusto

29/05/2025: Mi trovavo nei pressi di Serre con alcuni amici dopo una partita di calcio e abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale. Credetemi, penso di non aver mai mangiato un panino così buono. Ho assaggiato anche la carne presa da un mio amico ed era deliziosa, si scioglieva in bocca…Anche i ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli e il proprietario persone stupende, lavoratori seri e per bene!! Inutile dire che ci ritornerò senz’altro.
29/05/2025: Ieri sono stata a cena con degli amici e penso di non aver mai mangiato un panino così buono! La carne S T R E P I T O S A! Si scioglieva in bocca! Il locale é molto accogliente, il servizio é stato molto veloce e il proprietario é una persona dolcissima oltre a dimostrare una grandissima personalità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
